Fantastic experience: WOW...week one at BDY in Russell for me was a SUCCESS!!! Instructors are VERY good and help you with what the classes are all about! The ENERGY there is AWESOME and makes for a GREAT experience! Come check it out....THEY will not disappoint!!! And just for the record...it’s all been a “first” for me...restorative yoga, heated yoga, cycle 45 and next week I’ll be taking my first barre class!!!
