Free weights, cable machines, cardio room, an ab room, a basketball court, and even fitness classes. If your looking for a quality gym to go to Firehouse Fitness is a must.

They offer lots of extras too, like meals, classes, massages, trainers ect. Great atmosphere and great value. A great investment in a better and healthier you!
