Fantastic experience: Kim is fantastic. She is there opening up the Y at 5 am for us early starters. She is warm, friendly and professional. She cares about our experience and is motivational. She is an outstanding asset to the Y.

Fantastic experience: Everything you need to get in shape. I am a senior an attend Circuit classes here. They have every level of exercise class you want. Also exercise equipment and trainers if you need one. Always a nice greeting when you walk in the door. I'm so happy they are there .

Honestly I’ve found such a home here and a special mention to Allison who has instructed me during body pump classes. Thank you.

They are a community building gym that goes the extra mile to ensure that their facility is clean and comfortable and a resource to those who surround it. We are very grateful for not only the services they provide, but for the people they serve with.

Fantastic experience: Close to everything. No excuse not to exercise. The building is shared by a physician's office but it is not an issue. I like that I can stop in while I am doing errands and feel even more productive.
