Fantastic experience: Tyler is the most helpful person here. I stopped by with an account problem and he went above and beyond to help me with a positive attitude. Thanks so much! Edit: I went by again today (11/7) to get an update on the issue and Jari was extremely helpful. I'm super happy with my experience here. Every issue I was having has been addressed with kindness and great customer service.

Fantastic experience: By all means this is a great review so bare with how it starts off. Jason which is the guy over this location approached me about my tripod. He stated it’s their policy to not have them here. His presentation and approach was super professional. Some people in power can be nasty and make the situation worse. After his approach I put the tripod up and continued my workout. I approached him to thank him for approaching me the way he did. Good service will keep your customers satisfied and I thank you for that.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, has everything you need and more. Staff is friendly and Jason the manager takes care of new clients to the gym. Recommend checking out before other gyms. Worth a couple extra dollars over the cheap gyms if you enjoy fitness. Weights classes and pool

Positive experience: Good gym. Only giving 4 stars because you guys used to be open on most holidays. I showed up today and it’s closed. Please post your holiday hours on FB or the website or phone. I checked all three before showing up only to see a closed gym.

Fantastic experience: I have referred several friends to this location! Chandler is always available to assist with any questions I have, and the classes are lots of fun! They offered to allow me to come back at the same cost I was paying pre COVID, which was awesome! Many of my other memberships increased while I was taking time off, but MUV was very accomidating!

Fantastic experience: Easily my favorite gym I’ve been to all across the country. The atmosphere is amazing - there’s always people getting after it and training - while at the same never too crowded. The trainers always seem busy and although I don’t use one, they’re always happy to answer questions. Price is very reasonable and similar gyms I’ve been to are much much more. If you come in to join, ask for Jason - he’s been nothing but great and is always in there helping people out whether he’s working his shift or working out! Edit: (Jason is still great) I had an interaction with Dan (on staff) today in the Irmo location. If you go in, please ask for someone besides Dan. Horrible interaction and lack of customer service.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, good classes and equipment. The pool is open but the steam room isn't (my only gripe). Considering other gyms haven't opened everything yet, either, it is expected that some precautions are taken.

Fantastic experience: I sure did miss my workouts there during the lock down. Now they are open. Only 180 members allowed at one time. They do keep all the equipment cleaned and do this in sections which they rope off during the cleaning time. All employees wear masks. Members are not required to. Y'all come on in.

Fantastic experience: Ok double testimony.. I saw Jeremy one month ago.. After the first 2 weeks of partially doing what I'm supposed to do.. I still lost weight and gained a little muscle! So after 2 more weeks of partially following his advice I got weighed TODAY and... Im still dropping weight!! When I finally stop being hard-headed and follow his plan I know that I will be on my way to being in the best shape of my life... Go visit MUV and ask for Jeremy W. you guys.. U won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very professional always friendly and willing to help out. Facilities are well kept with plenty of motivational classes to up your get in shape game. Wide selection of cardio and exercise machines. I guess my only Con or negative that I could ding is the music piped across the intercom speakers...Rap mostly. But, then again I bring my own and tune MUV music out.

Swimming pool, MUVie theater, a crossfit type experience, basketball & racquetball!! Something for everyone!! No issues with parking! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I stayed at the Hyatt & was given free access to MUV. Seamless entry!! Amazing!!

The classes are awesome and the extra money classes are worth the extra money. This gym keeps me wanting to go back and better myself

Fantastic experience: Love the womens area and the locker room. Plenty of space and amenities to get me through my workout. The selection of cardio equipment upstairs is awesome and the Cardio Cinema is great for those long sessions!
