Fantastic experience: i've been working out with rodney for one year and it's been absolutely amazing! he knows how to push you harder and motivate you when you want to give up. i have been to 3 other gyms, and i have more of a difference here than i have with all the other gyms put together! from someone who couldn’t do a single burpee, bear crawl, etc., i look forward to every workout because i know it will have been feeling tired and accomplished. definitely love alpha uno athletics! definitely recommend if you are looking for a challenging workout and confidence builder !

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town!!! It’s a great place, it’s family oriented. Rodney and Veronica a awesome with the kids they help build their self esteem. I have seen great improvement in my children they are more confident of themselves. Both my husband and I have seen great improvement in ourselves not just physically but mentally as well. I've been at this gym for a year now and in that time, I have gotten stronger, lost weight, found a love for weightlifting, and even got encouraged to run my first LA marathon!
