Fantastic experience: I began at Lift Lab to improve my technique in the Oly. Lifts. From the beginning Dan B,and Dan G were extremely helpful in getting me started. They offer a no cost assessment. I love the simi-private sessions I get there. Dan G and Scott have been my primary coaches. Their patience, and ability to help me improve my lifts are impeccable, while also coaching multiple people at all different levels. I am looking forward to meeting and one day exceeding my goals in weightlifting/fitness. If you are looking for a new place to workout, need the accountability, or just want to meet some really cool people, and pick up heavy things....Look no further Lift Lab Co. is where it's at!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Our 10 y.o. son is wanting to take his sports to the next level, with in minutes of our first session we saw a difference. These coaches are very knowledgeable, and excellent even at the youth level. We can't wait to watch his progression.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for the holidays- great vibe (music was great Dan!) and great facility. They even have weightlifting shoes of every size to lend to athletes like us who didnt have their shoes with them for training. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in from out of town to attend a meet. I didn’t have a coach and I’m relatively new to competing. Dan ran my card for me and coached me the whole time. I hit higher a higher total than I planned on!!!! So grateful for this experience and the helpfulness of the Lift Lab’s staff! I will def be coming back any time I’m in Indiana. Couldn’t recommendthis gym enough!!
