Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Emerald's studio for 3 months now and do Pilate's 2-3 times a week. I think I would be lying if I didn't say that this place has changed my life. First, Emerald's studio is literally pristine. Always clean, open, and has a calming atmosphere to it. I have never worried about catching something, and Emerald is happy to give you as much space and social interaction as you want. Second, since classes are small, she is willing to accommodate to any needs you have. Including physical limitations. She never wants to push you over the edge, but she definitely pushes you out of you comfort zone at times. It's a good balance! Finally, her classes are affordable. And if you need a better way to deal with stress, mental health, etc. Coming to her classes is much cheaper than going to therapy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Emerald is amazing, she’s very in tune with what’s going on with my body. She is patient, non judgemental and very knowledgeable. She has helped me with some major physical challenges I’ve had and continues to work through whatever I can do in the moment. If you need one on one help to overcome physical limitations or you want to join online classes, emerald will not disappoint!

Fantastic experience: Other gyms claim to be judgement free, but we all feel those eyes staring at us when our bodies don’t look like those on pintrest. Emeralds studio is more than judgment free, it is a place to learn, experiment with movement, and make life long connections. I love attending all of the classes offered from pilates to barre. Emerald is always watching my form to make sure I am not going to injure myself, but also to get the most out of every movement I make. I have gained so much balance, strength, and self confidence because of Emerald. If you are looking to redefine your workout experience and improve YOUR level of fitness, Emerald is the only way to go in Cache Valley. She is amazing, and had me back on my feet after a major broken foot, and tendon repair surgery.
