Fantastic experience: Work out before work at least 5 days a week. Only thing I would like to see are some more free weights and a larger stretching area So we could do more dynamic workouts and abs. Very clean the staff is really friendly.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is in their daycare program and my son went there when he was younger as well. I could never begin to describe how truly wonderful their program is. The amount of patience, kindness, and genuine love they show the kids is comparable to nothing else. I would highly recommend the program to anyone with kids looking for a good daycare. My daughter is 4 and Lord knows she can be challenging and they love her nonetheless. Everyone I have encountered over the years has been absolutely amazing! Janet, Meghan, Shanna, Lisa, Chelsea, Sam, and EVERYONE else that works there go above and beyond to make sure that the kids are learning in a safe and welcoming environment. I could've named off many more staff, and for the ones I missed, please know that you ALL have the patience of a saint and you'reall appreciated! I could never do what you all do and I'm sure you don't hear enough how amazing each and every one of you are. Thank you for being awesome leaders and role models for our future generation. Fantastic experience: This is a fabulous club. Everything is well organized, staff are kind and professional. I truly enjoy the cardio classes I've taken there. It has a gr8 lap pool AND a separate wave/lazy river kind of set up as well. Pickleball? Yes, you can. As a bonus, as you work out, you can look out at the Black River that leads out to Lake Huron. #SilverSneakers friendly.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. My son is enrolled in three classes a week and the instructors are great. It is always clean and everyone is super friendly.

Positive experience: I received my membership through the community mental health of St Clair county I'm going to spend a true blessing thank you all great establishment friendly people couldn't ask for a better time thank you to the staff and everybody for making it such a pleasant place to be.

Fantastic experience: We have struggled to find and keep child care since our daughter diagnosis with Type 1 Diabetes at 16 months old. Our daughter is now 2.5 and started day care at the YMCA part time. Hopefully soon to be full time. We could not be more pleased with their ability to quickly catch on to the routine, utilize the reference resources we provided, and communicate with us throughout the day to ensure our daughter health and safety while in their hands. It is a lot and I cannot imagine mixing it with up to 11 other kids, but they do it! Their Communication is outstanding and it’s high quality care. My daughter always has fun and asks “when I go to the kids?” After leaving. We could not have asked for a better outcome!

Positive experience: I do enjoy the YMCA of The Blue Water Area. I only wish that if people schedule the competition pool for lap swim. That they would please keep moving in the lap lanes. No socializing with the Life Guard. I do not mind that you do your own water Areobics routine Cause I Do mine. But please keep it moving in the lane. Thank You Sincerly Yours Lurlene Nichols

Positive experience: Best place in St. Clair County to work out. The facilities are very nice, and they have a variety of equipment and programs to offer. I also appreciate all the community involvement they participate in. The staff are very nice and always helpful. The only thing I would do differently is the design and size of the locker room. They are pretty small and you always are surrounded by other members who are also trying to find some space. Other than that I would definitely recommend the Y for young and old alike.

Fantastic experience: First time I went to the YMCA. This place is amazing. If you stop and look around, someone will be asking you if you need help. Front desk checks I.D's explains rules and they are very cooperative and accommodating. I live in a different county, but work in this county and I will be joining the YMCA.

Fantastic experience: One of the cleanest gyms I have ever seen in my life. The staff is extremely friendly and always committed to maintaining cleanliness and order in the gym. Members are well mannered and decent people. Rural America is the best of the best. God bless.

Fantastic experience: The pool is always awesome.

Fantastic experience: YMCA has pool, gum, work out section, books in different corners, nice bathrooms, elevator for the little ones and elderly folks, nice view over the river, you can see Canada on the other side of river/lake, and etc. I go here for a Bible outreach time about once a month so YMCA allows events to occur here and even allows pizza to brought in to the event.

Positive experience: The place is nice i was a janitor/ custodian. The people were great. Great place to start and meet some good people when you want to work out too. Yeah some bad apples in there but the YMCA has a lot good and great apples. I mean everywhere you go you might meet a stick in the mud. But this YMCA tries its best to help anyone they can when its possible.

Fantastic experience: Equipment and facilities are the best in the county. The swimming pools are top notch along with a great group of lifeguards.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I enjoy the pools every chance we get.

Positive experience: The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. I mostly go to the wellness center, been a member three years and never been in the pool. They also have many classes and events, I ran their half marathon last summer.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the new YMCA my family and I go there a lot more now.
