Fantastic experience: Was able to do a drop in class while in the area. So happy to have this gym available. The owner was helpful and friendly and so were the members. I will definitely utilize this gym again when vacationing in the area.

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to drop in the other day while I was in town. Really glad I did. Wonderful place. Met the owner and a few of the members. Very friendly folks and welcoming. Allowed me access to the gym area before a class and to join in. Highly recommend anyone considering giving it a go to do so.

Fantastic experience: Better late then never! Dropping in while on vacation this past summer and had a great time. Coach was prior military and gave great advice to help with my form. Gym was awesome as well as all of athletes. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with a great atmosphere. Great group of coaches that are willing to take the time to help you learn all things CrossFit. Newer gym that is constantly adding on to the things they are able to offer. Gym is always kept very clean.

The coaches are amazing, skilled and patient, and the people who work out there are like a giant family, so supportive and positive!
