Fantastic experience: Best gym in town! I joined in January and am very impressed. Friendly staff, well maintained and up to date equipment, immaculately clean, and just an overall great place to workout!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym the staff are great, clean, very well maintained. If you have any problems with anything the people here will help you out in anyway they can.

Positive experience: Great gym! The facility is amazing, they have a machine for every muscle and niche. Plenty of free weights and space to use them (although the barbells are not the best in my opinion). If you’re a frequent and serious lifter I’d recommend going to this gym over the YMCA or Planet fitness. It is more expensive but you’re paying for the convenience and access to the best equipment in the area. The main complaint I have is that it tends to be crowded in the morning and after 2 pm (from what I have experienced), which can be annoying at times. But overall it is a good environment to get a workout in, everyone there is looking to put in work and better themselves, and it really pushes me to work harder. All of the poor reviews I’ve seen aren’t even about the gym itself, but issues with the “gym-swipe” system that is used for check in and purchasing memberships. While the system is a little tricky to use, and I advise you to pay attention and ask questions. It is nowhere near a “scam” or some sort of trick used to swindle you out of money.

Fantastic experience: To everyone reading the reviews and see the one by Bretton Jones saying they let men use the women's restroom, WE DON’T. Please don’t get it twisted. Considering I was there when it happened. This is what he did. 1. He came around to multiple staff (including me) ASKING what restroom he should use because he was wearing a “proud trans women” shirt. 2. He then went around walking up to members and staring at them until they read his shirt so he could start confrontation. 3. When I asked him to stop he told me “no” 4. Then he started swearing and threatening the owners and that’s when they cancelled the membership and put a no trespass order on him because he was being threatening. 5. He made multiple women and members uncomfortable with his “jokes” and moms because we have a daycare with children. And to anyone seeing his reviews saying I’m the one who told him he could. It’s a LIE.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out for adults of all ages, shapes and sizes. Friendly atmosphere. I've also started training with Robert and he is absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Clean, lots of space, plenty of machines and free wieghts. A couple rooms for more privacy if you choose and classes. Tanning and childcare.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. Terry is always cleaning and so welcoming. Rick and Courtney couldn't be better. Straight forward and love talking to them. Honestly if you're considering a gym help the local community out with the best place in St Clair county. I moved to Macomb and I still find my self finding an excuse to make it back here daily
