Fantastic experience: So love this boot camp. Everyone is so friendly and helpful especially my coach John. 30 minute per day is well worth it. I get more energy to start my crazy days. I just joined the 8 week challenge and could not believe I fit back to my wedding gown after 14 years with 2 kids. Besides coaches, every members are friendly, we like ‘ work out family.’ Highly recommended

I have been going to this gym for 3.5 years with my family and we absolutely love the coaches and family friendly environment. I love the various full body workouts that keep me coming back for more. Definitely hit up this gym if you’re looking for a quick but intense workout to jump start your day! All the coaches are amazing and really help you reach your fitness goals. Shout out to coach Derek, John and Arianna for always pushing us to do better!

Fantastic experience: I have been at Fit Body for almost two years now, and I truly cannot imagine going to another gym! The coaches design creative and challenging workouts that push you every time. I also appreciate that the coaches are there to help modify workouts if needed, and are always walking around offering support and help throughout the workout.
