My athletic performance has greatly increased since I started going to AV8. I highly recommend checking out AV8 fitness if you are looking for an incredibly clean and state of the art gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with DeVoinn for several years and he has been amazing to work with! His skill set combines knowledge of fitness, strength, nutrition and mental wellbeing and focuses on your overall health. He’s also very personable and is fun to be around.
