Fantastic experience: Great aquatic facility with nice pools and gym. Beware of SwimMAC though. I had my 3 year old child enrolled on their classes and because she is super active, they decided to kick her out.

Fantastic experience: Excellent aquatic center. The Sailfish Aquatics club is a fantastic group of people and coaches that work great with my 2 daughters. They've went from amateur swimmers to meet finalists in just over a year...We love going there!!

Fantastic experience: if you’re looking for a sense of community, to be challenged, or to expand your workout tool kit this is the place for you. the staff is friendly, equipment isn’t rusty and crusty, and it’s literally fit for anyone whether you’re a first timer or advanced. I absolutely love it here

Fantastic experience: I joined HFFA on 12/31/2020 and enjoyed every minute of it. Originally my plan was to take up swimming for exercise and weight loss which has proven to be a wise choice. From the time you walk through the door and greeted by name to the time you leave the staff are always around, willing to answer any questions and are always smiling. I'm a member of a tennis club in the area and the staff never acknowledge the members when entering the complex. HFFA is clean, locker rooms are spacious and clean, and the fittnesss area has new equipment and the team there are engaging. I've started to take advantage of several weekly scheduled fittness classes to diversify my routine. The instructors are energetic, engaging and make the classes as enjoyable a fittness class can be. No reason to go anywhere else when you can have it all under one roof.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to HFFA since I was a little kid, and it really has something for everyone. My favorite part is definitely the group fitness classes, because it helps keep me motivated and I get to spend time with great people. However, the pools and gym are also really great! The environment is very encouraging and it does feel like a judgment-free zone.

Fantastic experience: I met someone there to pick them up. As in I gave them a ride too there to home. There was a little remodeling work. It was nice an d neatly arranged and easy to navigate around.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to get a membership there, it’s a nice facility to go to and they have some nice programs there for people of all ages. I would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience: EDIT: Yes, I wasn’t crazy about their mask policy. They seem to have updated much of their weight room equipment. Can’t say enough good things about the people in child care and up at the front desk. STRONG is also a fantastic class if you are looking for something that will get the heart pumping.

Fantastic experience: Been going here since Jan. of 2022 and so far very happy. Building itself looks like it could use a little upkeep but the equipment is all brand new. Sometimes I wish hours were different, perhaps open later at night. But overall a great facility.

Fantastic experience: I have been swimming here since December with Sarah Hart. I’ve always been afraid of swimming and actually failed my swim class when I was 6 - learning to swim as an adult is terrifying but Sarah gave me the confidence to do it! I’m training for a triathlon and went from barely swimming 25M without sputtering to swimming 2500M+ each triathlon practice. Sarah is awesome and I can’t recommend her enough! The facility and staff are also great, although getting a lane reserved can be difficult.

Fantastic experience: HUGE POOL!! Lots of activities going on here. 17 feet in the deep end fir diving practice!!

Fantastic experience: Been a member here for 21 years, and have gotten to know the trainers and staff, as well as make quite a few friends here. I look forward to coming to workout because this place has such a good vibe. Have done group exercise classes, personal training with Brandon and Ian, and leave feeling better than I did when I entered! Great place!!

Fantastic experience: Great swimming and diving complex. The competition pool is very well kept and there is a warm pool for those interested in wellness and water aerobics.

Fantastic experience: I called to get membership information and received the best customer service. I spoke with Hailey, who was very kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and assured me she would be there to walk me through the process of joining should I decide to join. Several of my friends work out there and love it. They referred me to Hailey based on their experience with her as well. I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about the whole staff and have now experienced that wonderful customer service myself. Great job HFFA!

Fantastic experience: HFFA is a great community gym. My husband and I have been going there for over six months now and we love it. The Strong bootcamp class is challenging and fun, and the workouts always leave us feeling like we accomplished something. The class incorporates weights and cardio, so you will have a full body workout each time. Cardio Funk is an excellent cardio dance class, and the instructor is amazing; he's energetic and encouraging. You can easily burn several hundred calories and it doesn't feel like you're working out. We also go to the Sunday yoga class, and the instructor creates a relaxing environment that is also nonjudgmental. She will suggest a number of modifications if you're new to the practice. Overall, HFFA is a great place to workout. It's reasonably priced and they're making a number of renovations to the facility. Go in for a tour and try up to 3 classes for free. You will really get more bang for your buck and meet your fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: This is where I go to exercise. I don't like exercise but it's a necessary so I make myself go. Still working on getting there 5 days a week. It's a struggle for me. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It's a great place to workout. Classes and all sorts of things going on constantly. Great place for working out!

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for “seniors” to work out. You don’t need to be intimidated because of your age or ability. The water aerobics classes are perfect to help get your body moving without hurting yourself. The instructors great and the classes are varied. I would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I love the group fitness classes, especially spin and "Strong" classes. The instructors are all excellent. The classes are appropriate for all ability levels- you'll see those new to exercise to the seasoned veterans and everything in between. If machines and equipment are your thing, HFFA has it.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities. Very responsive management. I feel like I’ve always been responded to when I’ve had any concerns. Ms. Hope is wonderful with the babies. Really appreciate her and I feel like my daughter was safe and well cared for. Would like to see the older kids area a little more separated by age as there can be tons of older kids with the toddlers.
