Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best gym in the whole Catskill mountains. So much better than the other one in Ellenville and so much better than the one in Monticello or liberty. The people are very down to earth. The owner is super friendly and nice. The equipment is awesome. The music is great. The hours are incredible from 5:00 a.m. every morning

Fantastic experience: Love being able to workout early in the morning. The owner is always available to assist and willing to help out with anything. Highly recommend this gym!!
