Fantastic experience: First off let me just start by saying this gym is a 15/10 amazing! I love the trainers enthusiasm and the atmosphere of this gym! Normally I would be intimidated by people who are so fit, but the range of life styles and fitness levels of the people who come in and work hard for 45 minutes of their day is truly inspiring. My name is Kennedy and I can personally say that in the year I’ve been at F45 on and off there has been no gym like it! If you’re looking for a gym/workout that is high intensity, convenient for your day, and truly gets you in shape the F45 is your gym! You get out what you put in!
