Fantastic experience: I really enjoy this facility. The staff is very friendly the atmosphere is always pleasant and professional. The members are very nice as well I have been attending this gym going on two years and I’m very happy with it thank you for your service. Shout out to Marke and Brian. Keep up the good work. You guys make a difference. I really love the equipment and free weights. Hopefully we get some row machines soon.

They make you feel welcome and at home no matter how you look. It's worth giving them a try and there is a Kroger in the complex. You can pick up some health conscious find after your workout
