Positive experience: Very nice people, went to Alfred to swim had the pool to myself, it was great. Lifeguard was kind.

Positive experience: I like this gym, but the only downside is the hours. Obviously since school isn't in session they aren't open as much. I like to work out in the late evening so the hours aren't ideal for me. The only thing they are missing is Hammer Strength equipment. But then again, that's just my opinion. I definitely recommend this gym.
