Fantastic experience: Brian is a fun, knowledgeable trainer who gives personal attention to every client he has. Classes are fun. The atmosphere is energizing and friendly!! He will give you the results you want if you follow his menu plan and workout plan. Everyone in the classes help every one else and everyone is so kind there.

Fantastic experience: I joined this year in mid March. Wished I had done this sooner in my life. I am one of those people that need structure! I joined for a year and I try to go everyday and yes even on weekends. I like Brian and Shelley, they do a great job. And I and we have fun!!
