Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful and friendly and offers amazing access to all kinds of fitness machines and classes. I would suggest anyone looking for a welcoming fitness atmosphere to join up and see what it's all about. And to top it off they offer the best rates in town for what they offer. Hands down best fitness center in town.

Fantastic experience: This gym has gotten 10 times better than it was!! They don't let children raise havoc in it anymore. It's a quiet, nice place to work out! The owner is a pretty cool guy he's on hand and available. Listens to your input and is receptive to your thoughts.

Positive experience: Some of the staff was rude. And the price was way to high. But other then that they had the equipment i needed and a sauna.

Fantastic experience: Best gym by far, not just in Shelton, but in South Sound area. Great equipment, and they have added many new machines. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they have a good variety of classes, almost all included with membership. There's a pool, steam room, hot tub and dry saunas in the locker rooms. I love this gym. It's also 24/7 now! Member now for at least 5 years.
