Fantastic experience: Love this place. It's more than a gym, it's my community. I travel from Ogden because I know it's not just another gym. The people encourage you, the trainers make sure you're moving correctly, and they work with you on nutrition and all your weaknesses or strengths (depending on what you want to work on)

Fantastic experience: I'm new to CrossFit and, because of the price and risk of injury, I wanted to make sure I made the best choice. Because of this, I tried classes at Wasatch CF, Ogden CF, West Haven CF, and Ben Lomond CF this past week. Having that basis for comparison, I have to say that Wasatch was one of the best. The facility is great and the trainers (I worked with Adrian and Damon) were incredible: super friendly and helpful, taking the time to make sure I knew exactly what we were doing and how to do it. The workout was awesome and among the more challenging yet fun ones that I have experienced. During that first class, everyone was so friendly and I made 4 new friends right off the bat. Awesome atmosphere, coaches, and workouts. I would definitely recommend Wasatch CrossFit! :)

Fantastic experience: We love Wasatch CrossFit! We started going at the beginning of May and have gone everyday since then. The coaching is top notch, they're super knowledgeable and most importantly they are sticklers for good form. The programming is awesome, both my wife and I have made a lot of progress on our lifts and CrossFit movements in general. The day care in the afternoon classes is a lifesaver for us as well. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a good CrossFit gym!

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for over a year now and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a well equipped box with friendly coaches. Class sizes are fairly large and they have good WOD variety. Convienently located if you live in the Layton area or commute to Hill for work. Ample parking is always available in the back!
