TRANSFORMATIONS FITNESS

Fantastic experience: I have taken on the Transformation Fitness Scavenger Hunt challenge that Tony sent out to whom ever that was wanting a healthier life style, while having fun. He has used his knowledge to guide us in knowing what type of food that's healthy for us, and exercises that will bring our heart rates up safely. I have enjoyed every step of the way to a much healthier life. I know for myself this is taking me in the right direction. Isaac
