Fantastic experience: A great place for resistance training in the neighborhood. Offers machines that cover all major muscle groups, itis shared and has a nice view of the wildlife pond across the street

Fantastic experience: I love it! Everything is super clean, people are very polite and it is so spacious that it never feels overcrowded. Workout cinema? Fantastic!

Positive experience: Some of the machines won't be much of a challenge for people who do regular strength training but you can still feel the burn with enough reps. Wish they had things like this where I live.

Positive experience: A simple outside workout station. Pull-up bar crunch bench ect.. it's got a cover so it'll protect you from the elements. Suggested improvements would be a drinking fountain and possibly monkey bars
