Fantastic experience: Elva is amazing! I started by doing her at-home fitness plan and lost 13 inches in 5 weeks! Since then I go into the studio once a week and work out with her in the group classes. I sure don't feel 50! What a great studio with great members. Everyone is so nice and supportive. Her new studio is spacious and clean with everything needed to get an amazing workout. Also, great prices for drop-in and membership.
