Fantastic experience: This is a clean YMCA, staff is very caring, and helpful. My kids love the indoor/outdoor pools, and my little ones are safe and secure in the very clean well run child watch area. I don't leave my kids with anyone, we homeschool...and this place exceeds my expectations! I can workout knowing all five of my kids are entertained and safe. What a blessing!

Fantastic experience: My family and I just got a membership, but our “main location” is grove city. My 6 year old loves this locations outdoor pool, as do I. We come to this location a few times a week depending on the weather because the Grove city location which is closer to us requires reservations for the pool and it’s always full. This location has a nice 3 ft pool that’s perfect for smaller kids and it’s never packed. So you don’t have to worry about not having anywhere to sit or a bunch of people crowded in the pool. The staff and life guards are nice and we haven’t had any issues.

Fantastic experience: Been going here a month and I absolutely LOVE it!! My son(4) goes in child watch while I workout and he always has a blast and literally every single person that I've interacted with is so nice! Definitely recommend this is you have young children! The pools are also wonderful, very clean and the lifeguards are great and really pay attention!

Positive experience: Since starting at this gym and being a little disappointed at the pool area availability, I have noticed improvements over the past several months. New staff hires has allowed more lifeguards, so the pool is regularly open now. The free weight equipment is old, and the workout area isn’t huge, the cardio equipment is so-so, but it can get the job done. 4 stars because the front desk staff is always friendly!

Fantastic experience: This was the first time my daughter (5 years old) and I went to this location. And we absolutely loved it! The staff was so nice and friendly. We went swimming. The shallow area for kids wad seriously so perfect. The pool was so clean. Even people swimming was so nice. We loved it so much!

Fantastic experience: I love the YMCA. I am 67 years old and have a very bad back. I have gone down hill because of Covid-19 I had not been able to go to the Y. My body was really hurting. I am back now and can already tell a difference. I take water fittness. It is the same as water aerobics. It works and it has and will again change my life.

Positive experience: The Hilliard YMCA is a great recreational center for many activities such as swimming, basketball, working out, studio sessions, etc. What makes it unique is its accessibility for people with disabilities. In the parking lot, there are 10 handicapped parking spaces surrounding the building. All doors for entry and exit are handicapped accessible; handicap button outside and inside the building. Each bathroom has one larger stall with horizontal grab bars. This is great for people with mobility disabilities. I did not see signs with braille, and there is no adult changing tables, which is a downside. It can get loud because there are so many activities going on at the same time, so people with sensory processing disorder may feel overwhelmed. The YMCA is filled with diversity among its guests and members. There are employees with disabilities who are always willing to help. Also they have a good population of members with disabilities who love to work out or go for a swim. The Hilliard branch is open to all, diversity and inclusion.

Fantastic experience: This place may not look like much from outside but it has everything you would need and more inside! 2 pools, studio rooms, basketball courts, open equipment floor and more! Plus the staff is very welcoming and friendly! Lots of diversity... which is a welcome change to most places that tend to cater to super skinny or super buff white folks. All ages, all fitness levels, all ethnicities, all are welcome! And the facility was super clean! If you're in the neighborhood check it out!

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility with gym equipment, classes, and pools. They are doing a wonderful job keeping the facility clean during the pandemic. The staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The other guests are very courteous.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting today this YMCA from Orlando Florida, the front desk lady was above and beyond with everything, she wasn't hesitating to show me the facility, including pool, basketball court, locker room, gym. I was very happy and satisfied. A++++

Fantastic experience: The current staff is very nice. I go five times a week now to do a short workout. I'm greeted each time. Sometimes you would want it to be a little cleaner, but when something is brought to their attention, they act on it.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in three states and attended classes in all three area Y's. Although, they were allot of fun, none offered what the Dance Fusion classes at Ray Patch did. I lost weight and toned up from just attending that one class. Mrs. Nguyens class is awesome! Check her out...remember to yell out loud...life is short!

Fantastic experience: Great gym and pool facilities. Plenty of programs available for kids of all ages and interests. I would still go there if we did not move further away.
