Fantastic experience: This gym has nearly everything a lifter could want or need. I love the selection of equipment, from calibrated plates to a camber bar. There's several full squat racks, plus a combination bench. Dumbbells, kettlebells, bumper plates, it's got nearly everything for real. I get my own key fob so I can access it 24/7, and the owner works hard to make sure it stays clean. I've had nothing but a positive experience here, that's why I keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: Caught up with my old trainer and we meet here 2 times a week. This place is for serious consistent weightlifting and maintaining. People here mind their own workouts. Everyone is friendly. Sometimes there are some friendly four legged fur attendees here that are very well behaved. Great atmosphere..people are focused.

Fantastic experience: Solid spot to get in barbell workout or other strength training. I was visiting friends and had to get a maintenance workout in - Eric was great and super easy to get a day drop in. Folks were nice and plenty of equipment to get my fahves done.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with a great variety of equipment! Never too crowded and the members are clean and respectful. Men’s and women’s bathroom which is a plus! The personal trainers are all knowledgeable and great to work with.
