Fantastic experience: I had an awesome time working out here. Its not a large gym which is something I liked. It had lots of new and clean equipment. Also a great selection in free weights. Both of the owners are very nice and I did weight training with them and it was great. Never felt better in my life. This gym is the best.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Cinco Fit since September 2013. It is a great gym! It is clean with lots of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. You never have to wait for equipment. The owners, Josh and Anna, are always looking to improve and upgrade the facility and equipment. I also attend a group class twice a week. We get a good full-body workout while having fun. Josh also trained me for my last half marathon. I would highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and the owners are really nice and pleasant. I love the gym because it's small private and it has everything you would need to get the results you desire. Oh, and it has 24-access.

Fantastic experience: Long time member of this neighborhood gym (April 2008). Josh & Anna are the 3rd owners & by far the best. Their commitment to health & fitness is genuine. I have worked with Josh on a chronic injury with amazing results. Group classes are challenging & reasonably priced with a bit of fun tossed in. The gym has been transformed under their ownership with the addition of new equipment & improvements to infrastructure. If you are looking for a small, friendly gym this is your place.

Positive experience: Cinco Fit. It's a nice place. They have lot's to offer. Not expensive but not cheap either. Unfortunately, they do not accept Medicare Advantage/PPO, unlike what Google search says that they do accept . That's the only reason it's not 5 Stars. Someone at CFit needs to change that.

Fantastic experience: We love the versatility of 24 hour access to Cincofit. The environment is comfortable and conducive to great workouts, either strength training or cardio. If you're interested in hiring a trainer there are several to choose from with flexible hours.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out for over 30 years, and CincoFit has exactly what I need to get a great workout. Open 24/7, simple entry with a key card, maintained with high cleanliness standards, and none of the drama, fashion shows, or judgement zones that happen at other gyms. This is a local family business that hires local youth to staff the store, and they only allow talented and compassionate trainers to use the facility. Never over crowded, plenty of equipment, and always open. If you work out, support a local business I meet, and if you don’t work out, start by supporting this local family business.

Fantastic experience: After spending a lot of money on different health facilities like Life Time, etc., I joined Cincofit six months ago upon a friend's recommendation. I did not know what to expect and was I surprised. I go to Cincofit West and the facility is clean, maintained and has all the cardio and weight training equipment that you would find at any club. The music is great and they are open 24 hours 7 days a week. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: This is the first gym I've ever been to that people aren't gawking and making me feel nervous while I'm exercising. I guess I have always felt like some people like to people watch and here I don't feel this way. It is open 24 hours which is great for busy schedules. The equipment is top notch too!

Fantastic experience: I've enjoyed working out at Cincofit. The facility is really clean, and there is a ton of equipment to use. The rates for the gym access and personal trainers are reasonable, and the gym is open 24 hours. I'd recommend it to anyone in the Katy area.

Fantastic experience: We have been members for about two months and have had a great experience so far. The gym is always clean, everyone is nice and respectful and I have never had to stand around waiting for a machine. The bootcamp on Saturday mornings are also really great

Fantastic experience: I have not only been a member of cinco fit, but have been blessed to be part of the team at cinco fit. It is a warm, friendly family atmosphere. All of the clients are very considerate and keep the equipment clean and Josh and Anna run a very tight ship and are always there to help if needed. The trainers are fantastic, friendly, professional and well educated. I always have a home at cinco fit!

Fantastic experience: Cincofit has been great. Becoming a member was easy and the owners have been very helpful. Every trainer I have met there has been extremely knowledgeable and the 24 hour access allows me to workout around my family and work schedule.

Fantastic experience: Cincofit is a very comfortable place to work out with lots of equipment and space. I never find myself waiting on a piece of equipment. With parking so close by, I can get in and out. My past experience at the mega workout facilities was so much time wasted going to and from the parking lot, to the locker room, and up the stairs to the workout area only to be confronted with often a shortage of equipment. Trainers are always readily available for beginners or to push your workout to the next level. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a smaller quieter place to work out & found it at Cinco Fit. They have everything the big gyms have without all the noise. Josh the owner would be glad to help you with any nutrition or work out questions. Great place!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of CincoFit West for over two years and my experience has been nothing but excellent. It’s close to home, SAFE, clean, and convenient. As a member, you have a card that gives you 24 hour access to the gym...that’s super convenient for people with unusual work hours, or a great opportunity to get in a pre-Thanksgiving workout while all the other big box gyms are closed! Cincofit fosters an incredible environment, full of members just like you- everyday people who want to reach their fitness goals. Joshua and Anna are very involved owners and always present, ready and willing to make your workout experience the best it can be! All it takes is one time, one visit and one workout to feel at home.

Fantastic experience: Cinco Fit has been my good habit for years. I try to walk 7 miles per day, outside if possible. But on days that are too hot, too cold, too rainy, or if it’s too late at night, I use the treadmills etc at Cinco Fit to hit my targets. The facility is always clean and usually nice and quiet so I can listen to audiobooks and podcasts while exercising. The owners are very friendly and attentive to requests.

I first started off my time here taking group classes for 2 years, and then moved on to private training with Josh, one of the main coaches. After joining this gym, I truly understood what it meant to love and enjoy the art of training. Josh and Anna have made my experience here so enjoyable by providing excellent customer service, and a friendly atmosphere. The constant motivation you get from the welcoming individuals around you will provide the extra incentive for you to reach your goals— this atmosphere is something you can’t get from a large, crowded gym. Lastly, and most importantly, the facilities that Josh and Anna have are impeccably clean, and fitted with state-of-the-art equipment to give you the best overall experience. Along with this, they are located at 2 convenient locations in your neighboring areas. What more could you possibly want?

Fantastic experience: I started gong to this gym for the convenience of being near my home. The gym is kept clean and I had the machines available for my timings (around 7:30-9pm). The monthly premium was reasonable and I like how they're were no contracts when signing up.

Fantastic experience: The owners are great. I actually found them while I was helping my parents find trainers that would be conscious of their health and safety. The gyms are perfect for people who prioritize having a good workout environment with a friendly culture, but without all the frills and expenses you get at a big box gym.

Fantastic experience: A gym for people who work out, designed and run by people who actually work out. They have focused on the absolute best functional equipment on the market, while eliminating all those useless machines that no one uses. The result is an clean, uncluttered gym that far surpasses the globo-gyms you see on every corner. At the same time, they've managed to cultivate a non-intimidating environment where my wife feels comfortable in the weight room. On an average day, you'll see just as many women in the weight room as men. The owners, Josh and Anna, are extremely knowledgeable and some of the nicest people I've ever met. I talked with Josh after experiencing some shoulder pain that I believed was the result of a torn rotator cuff. He was able to immediately identify the problem as a muscle imbalance, and he took the time to walk me through some stretches and strength work to correct the problem. Within two weeks of following his advice, the pain in my shoulder was gone, and I was able to resume my normal lifting routine. Give CincoFit a shot and you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful I went and checked out Cinco fit. Can't say enough how much I LOVE this gym! I've been a member of a gym for the past 3 years and this gym by far is the one I've enjoyed the most. I love the small size (although it's never been an issue where too many people have been there and had to wait on equipment), open 24 hrs., but most important there aren't trainers (sales people) in your space all the time. Although their are trainers there if you want them and the owners are there every morning and late afternoon and will gladly help you out if you have any questions/concerns about any equipment or how to use them! I also belong to a workout group that meets twice a week with Josh and I absolutely love it - I don't plan on leaving or quitting any time soon!
