Clean gym with friendly staff and a good variety of newer equipment. Plenty of lockers available at most times and there’s a great view of the park.

This place is absolutely fantastic and every single trainer is great. The classes leave you feeling both exhausted and strong with the mix of cardio and weight training. It’s such a great place to level up your workout regimen or to just get started. Thank you!

Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Clean, solid facility. I primarily go for basketball and I'm greeted at the front desk by very nice staff. Basketball courts are pretty solid. Gym is clean and has all of the equipment I need with a great view on the treadmills.
