Fantastic experience: Wow!! I want one of these in my front yard!!

Fantastic experience: Loved getting to try this out today! It is well-constructed and has 7 separate stations: core, squat, push, lunge, pull, agility and bend. You download the Fitness Court App to guide you through what exercises to do at each station. We tried the #fitnesscourt challenge and I made it 30 seconds, my husband made it 90 seconds. The rings are a unique addition I have not seen at other fitness parks. I'm looking forward to hosting some group workouts here in the future. What a great addition to Kernersville! Thanks Novant Health, Kernersville Parks & Rec, and the National Fitness Campaign for your collaboration to build this. Note - you'll want to park in the Civitan Park lot and walk over to the court, as you're not allowed to park in the Fire Department lot. I can't wait to see what the finished Civitan Fitness Park when it's completed in the Fall of 2022.
