Fantastic experience: As a young family needing to find balance "from" our schedules, two working professionals with two young children, we needed an environment that focused on helping us meet our goals (healthy,fit) without neglecting our priorities (family,church). The accountability and personal feel is welcoming. The SPA was the fit for us.

Fantastic experience: Spa Athletic Club is wonderful! From the owners, to the trainers, to the front staff... everyone is very friendly and makes the entire experience something that you look forward to. The equipment is in good condition and the facilities are very clean! Also, make sure you get a smoothie on the way out! I highly recommend The Spa Athletic Club!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in the area. Where else can you swim, sit in a hot tub, workout, and have your kids watched for free. The equipment is in good shape and clean. Great for all ages and a true no judgement gym. There is also a separate womens area.

Fantastic experience: This is a gym with all the Bells and Whistles. It's has a women only area, a Pool' hot tub and sauna. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I joined the Spa a couple of months ago and have never been happier! The equipment is the best I've seen (and I've been a member of several different gyms in South Carolina and Tennessee.) The pool, like the locker room and the rest of the club, is very clean and appears to be like new. It's great to have staff that are friendly. Most 24/7 gyms barely have any staff. Good to be back!

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful warm friendly place to be. The Silver Sneakers classes are great and the exercise machines are awesome. I HATE to exercise but I am loving it at The Spa. So happy I finally tried this place. I HIGHLY recommend The Spa in Hickory to everyone!!!!
