Fantastic experience: The Worldgate Spa was amazing! I was trying to plan a fun spa day for my sister’s birthday and was having trouble finding a place that was affordable but delivered a true spa experience. Then I stumbled on the Worldgate Spa and could not have been more blown away by how beautiful the facilities were and how talented and wonderfully helpful the staff was. The Director, Howard, helped me plan the special day and made sure everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. This place exudes tranquility and the relaxation room was truly lovely. We were able to sit and chat and relax with our champagne and snacks between services. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their massages and facial then we relaxed further in the gym’s pool and jacuzzi which are available to spa guests. 5 stars is not enough to reflect what a wonderful time we had here and how amazing everyone was. Thank you Howard, Cassie, and Team for a spectacular and memorable time ❤️

Fantastic experience: Great facility, great equipment, and great staff. Amenities and accessibility of classes, private coaching, and sports facilities are top notch. Place is spotless and it makes working out a breeze. Only thing is the pricing is a little bit rigid and is not built for people who won't be using the athletic center for long periods of time. Some highlights of the gym: -3 squat/deadlift platforms with bumpers -4-5 flat benches -2 smith machines -great dumbbell selection -wide assortment of cable machines -boxing area -just an enormous, almost unnecessarily so large, number of cardio equipment. -great stretching area and indoor track -multitudes of sport facilities (don't remember specific number of courts etc.)

Fantastic experience: Really nice club with new equipments and lot of classes on a regular basis. Squash, shuttle, tennis, golf, pickle ball - it has it all. Walking/running track, trx equipment, all kind of cardio and weight equipment with quality trainers who don't push for taking up personal training sessions. Special shout out to Alex who has been great and I thoroughly enjoy the small group training there. Good locker room with towel service is a plus. Look forward to exploring the swimming and tennis classes soon

Fantastic experience: I love this place it's got everything in one place, the Gym, Boxing, Steam room, Sauna & Hot tub all that I need. But they also got Tennis court, spa, pilates, swimming pool and a place to practice Yoga and more.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality The Best Value in the Area for Facilities available. Very clean and great variety of equipment. Has great weights, machines, basketball, swimming, equipment, boxing bags, pilates, swimming, tennis, and much more. Recent renovations make things even more impressive.

Fantastic experience: The renovation was worth the wait!!! Now under new management a/o feb 2021. The new tile locker rooms, updated new tile shower rooms, family changing room! And more to come. Great H2O fit classes too.

Fantastic experience: We are thinking to become members, this use to be Sport and Health. It's a great sized club and one of the few places that have indoor tennis courts and racket ball. We use to be members of sport and health and lifetime as well, but lifetime lacks tennis and racket ball.

Fantastic experience: We joined this club more than two decades ago. It has always been the best health club in the area, but recent changes has made it even better. The well-thought out renovations of club, improvements in facilities, new exercise equipment and new programs have made the Worldgate Athletic Club the very best deal in DMV area. I have recommended this club to many of my friends who have joined, and are very happy here. Anyone looking for an indoor pool, whirlpool, Sauna and steam room would be thrilled to see what this club had to offer. And now, my personal favorite, the indoor track that feels like outdoors because of its glass ceilings. I love to walk in the air conditioned environment where the track that has sunlight, clouds and the feelings of being outdoors.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym. A little outdated compared to other One Life gyms which are supposed to be lower tier gyms than Sport&Health. They are doing a great job keeping the gym & facilities clean with the current pandemic

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently joined this gym and we love it! Great equipment, many options for classes, the pool and sauna are great! Also, worked with Sarah the personal trainer, who has been extremely helpful and accommodating to the specifics of what I was trying to improve on and my health. I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer! :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going there for at least 15 years, I love that gym the staff is professional, management and trainers are top notch. The entire gym has been recently renovated, it’s a great location easy parking and it’s the only facility in the region that EMS training ( electric muscles stimulations)

Fantastic experience: I have visited this club several times now and every time it is clean, welcoming, and friendly. This past visit I witnessed a member spill his drink all over the floor. Within 5 seconds a wet floor sign was placed over the puddle and within 3 minutes the mess was cleaned up by staff. This is a small thing, but says a lot. Well run facility, and great service.

Fantastic experience: Freaking awesome! I came to town for a couple days due to work. I spoke with Rocky and he set me up with a killer deal so I could workout while I was here. Super clean, modern, tons of top notch equipment, with a bunch of offerings. Tennis, martial arts, Pilates, Crossfit, Indoor track, pool, basketball. They really offer everything. Tons of equipment, I never waited on anything even during peak hours. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in town. My only complaint is they don’t have a South FL location!

Fantastic experience: Good place and not busy too much.Recommend everyone who is interested in serious bodybuilding.Just wondering if they add little more equipment like chest fly,standing calf raise and T-bar row strip.That would be amazing.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for three years. I really love this gym! It's huge, so even when they are busy, there is room for everyone. I had personal training for a while and it was very reasonably priced and totally helpful! I'm NOT a gym person, but I feel like I fit here. I have a 1-year old and leave him in the Daycare while I work out, and they do such a great job! Really sweet caregivers and lots of space to play! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for about a year, this was my first gym membership so I had no idea how much I would actually go, cost/value, etc. a year later, I’m happy to report that I’ve been going around 4 times a week. A huge part of the success I’ve had here is the TNT group fitness program, and the racquetball courts. I’ve had a lot of fun making friends in TNT, as well as working on my fitness goals. All of the staff are very friendly and encouraging, which was awesome for a first-timer like me. I definitely recommend coming in for a tour of the gym at the very least, and hopefully you’ll get a glimpse of what has kept me coming back.

Fantastic experience: I love everything about this gym. The staff always greeds me by my name. They are all very friendly and always interested to listen to what the customer has to say. The cleaners are always making sure the gym is clean. Trainers always available to work with you. Management is friendly and they are always making sure everything runs well and smoothly. This is a great place for you.

Fantastic experience: I have interned/worked here for about 3 months. As with all of the other Sport and Health clubs I have been to, this club is amazing. I have been in the fitness industry for over 2 years now and think this club has the best trainers by far. All of the trainers have great attitudes towards all club members. They truly put the experience of each every member first and foremost. I would gladly suggest this club to anyone that needs a gym.

Fantastic experience: I visited Worldgate Sport & Health as a guest over Easter weekend and was very impressed with the facility and staff. Upon arrival, the staff made me feel welcome and answered all questions that I had about the fitness machines. Lauren was very helpful making sure that I was performing the exercises properly. The fitness center has everything you could possibly want to make your experience enjoyable. Next time I pass through the area, I will be sure to stop by again for a workout.

Fantastic experience: I love this club! It has everything you could possibly need. My daughter loves the Kids club area and their staff and is always begging to go to the gym! Wonderful classes and tons of cardio!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this health club. My favorite aspect is the indoor track, Treadmills are nice but sometimes it just doesn't beat actually putting your feet to pavement when its not nice enough outside.

Fantastic experience: Our family has been a member of Worldgate Sports&Health for 15 years. We love it. It is the best place to provide us work-life balance. Especially the staff, who work in the weekend have excellent customer service skills and great personal training experiences.

It is hard to go to the gym early in the morning but I never regret it - the front desk staff is always chipper and helps start my day off right!

Fantastic experience: I just enrolled with Worldgate Sport & health last week! My experiences so far have been beyond what I expected. The facilities are great and always clean. The staff members are very friendly and responsive when you seek assistance! The Store manager Emery is very nice and helpful. General speaking, this facility is well managed and he has been great thus far and has helped motivate me to get back into peak physical condition. I look forward to using this facility quite a bit in the long run.

Fantastic experience: I have been working at Sport and Health Worldgate as a trainer for about two months now and have had an exceptional experience thus far. The staff welcomed me with open arms and has been more than willing to help me with any and all questions that I have. The fitness director, Lauren, is an absolute delight who works her butt off to ensure that all members and employees have the best experience possible. I came over to Sport and Health from another gym and have not regretted that decision in the least. Great gym, great people.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Sport and Health since 2000. I have found the club to be clean, and the equipment to be available when I need it. While they have many customers I rarely find it too crowded or having to wait for access to equipment. They have a full line of cardio equipment, free and machine weights. The management is responsive, and I have found the trainers to be helpful for not only myself in my personal fitness goals, but for my daughter as well, who they have helped excel in high school athletics through both one on one training and in the group classes. The clientele is pleasant and polite. The facilities for kids are great and have provided me with the peace of mind to work out while my kids have been attended to. All and all it continues to provide a good return on investment.

Fantastic experience: Ive worked at this club for nearly three years, and it has truly been a second home to me. There is a great community of members and the staff genuinely care about their experience in the club. The most rewarding part of my job has been the many meaningful connections I’ve formed with members and coworkers alike. This is a great club and I would encourage everyone to come visit!

Fantastic experience: Family joined in summer 2016, and couldn't be happier with ALL they offer. The variety of classes for adults and kids/teens are amazing! ALL of the EP/Personal trainers are friendly, personable, really listen to you by guiding and cheering you on! Facility is always clean, clean towels stocked always, and smiles on all the staff members (and members) you run into! It's a wonderful family friendly environment, that we plan to be a part of for many years.

Fantastic experience: I have been an employee at Worldgate Sport and Health since June 2016 and my experience has been wonderful. I have been and worked at many Sport and Healths now and I can say the staff from top to bottom are some of the best I've worked with. Our GM Emory is always asking how everything is going with my TNT program and asking if I need anything else. He is always available at the club and works very hard to keep not only the staff but most importantly the members at the club satisfied. He is without a doubt a member first GM and always tries to provide the best experience for his members. The front desk staff, membership team, personal trainers, and the rest of the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. As far as weights and cardio equipment the gym provides everything you need and more. There are various machines that you won't find at most gyms as well as swimming pools and saunas. While including the staff and the amenities at Worldgate Sport and health I can confidently say it is the most well rounded gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: They have amazing staff who greets me by first name regardless of if i'm there at 5am during the week or on a Sunday afternoon. They are always so welcoming! The facility is perfect for what I need. Lots of parking, plenty of cardio equipment and free weights, showers, and large variety of classes.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great. It's a pretty large gym with a lot of equipment and an indoor track. I attended Eduardo's Explosive Performance adult class the other day for the first time, and I found it very welcoming and challenging. It was a great workout, and I plan to go back.

The multi level facility and locker rooms are spacious and beautiful! The locker rooms are one of my favorite things about Worldgate sport&health, they are amazing! The entire place is kept pleasantly clean. They are always striving to improve their space and what is offered for their clients. Worldgate sport&health's hours are flexible and they offer a variety of classes and workouts with knowledgeable instructors. Check their schedules and see what interests you! The facility has everything you could need to work out on your own or in a group. My family enjoys the environment and has found that Worldgate sport&health is the best gym in the community.
