Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the EMS20 training in the Herndon location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am really benefiting from the personalized training which also complements the weight and aerobic training I get in the gym. It has been going on a year now and my wife has been going too! I notice that her upper body is getting more chiseled. So happy I joined!

Fantastic experience: I joined P20 three months ago. Exercising is not exactly my favorite thing .I thought that it would be great not having to do long workouts. I got a wonderful trainer .Madelyn has become like family. My core and leg strength has improved greatly in the last 3months. I strongly recommend that everyone give it a try.

Fantastic experience: I joined "P20" four months ago, and have had a terrific experience. All the trainers are encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I have done strength training for 35 years, and have had various injuries over the years. Thanks to the low-impact nature of the P20 exercises, I am having no such issues. However, don't confuse "low-impact" with "low benefit". The nature of EMS is such that I'm getting my most effective workouts ever. Even after four months, I'm still feeling (good) soreness after most workouts, indicating that I'm continuing to realize gains. Speaking of gains, not only have I gained strength, but, combined with dietary changes, I have lost 20 lbs. I cannot recommend P20 highly enough for anyone who wants to improve strength, balance, and overall fitness. Thanks, P20!

Fantastic experience: I work in food safety and occasionally have to lift heavy bags and boxes of ingredients, I was having trouble lifting boxes and have never had that issue before. This prompted me to search for a fitness boot camp or something near me. I got interested in EMS training years ago but I never thought it would become available to me, but I found this location in Herndon near my job. I gave it a go and it’s been about three months now. I can lift and lower heavy things, at work and at home, easily now. I have gotten better at lunges and push-ups then I’ve been in my whole life. You don’t know what you’ve got til it’s gone. The suit is a game changer; it helps boost all your contractions so your muscles are challenged even with the smallest movements and every workout has me sore like I’ve been in the gym for hours at max weights. Every trainer is welcoming and kind, they are all excited to be there and are willing to work with you. They appreciate tenacity and eagerness, and I look forward to coming here twice a week.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Personal20 for about one month now. Over that time, I have increased my 3 strength tests by 22%, 16% and 51%. I've lost 3 pounds and an 1.25 inches from my waist. I feel my core getting stronger after each workout. All the trainers have been very friendly, outgoing, patient and encouraging. They take interest in you. How your day is going, what you like to do, etc. If you have an old injury, like I have (rotator cuff tear), they can work around it. I recommend giving it a try. Hopefully, it helps achieve your goals as it's doing for me. Keep in mind, you get out what you put into it. I go twice a week for 20 minutes each workout and try not to miss any.

Fantastic experience: If you have ever wondered how you can get a 2 hour workout in 20 minutes, look no further. You need to try Personal20 if you are in the DC Metro area. I started about a year back and that’s the best 20 minutes of my week. The trainers are super (friendly) and they push you to the “core” (pun intended). Fantastic experience: This year was hard for my physical health - I didn't feel very motivated, struggled to keep a good diet, and wasn't exercising as much as I should've been. My parents actually recommended P20 to me since they've been doing it for over a year now - and they both seem healthier than I've seen them in years. Whether it's the in-person workouts or their virtual sessions, the caring staff at P20 (special shoutout to Maddelene, who was my primary trainer), really got me off my butt and helped me restart my fitness journey. Fantastic experience: I have been doing P20 for over a year now and love the team and the workout. It is a very safe place to workout during Covid as the coaches wear a mask and there is just one other person working out which is more than 6 feet apart. They have a very good routine of cleaning the equipment and mats etc. In 20mins, I am sweating and am sore afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Great full body work out and amazing results in a short amount of time!!! The shorter work out time fits my schedule perfect and I am seeing results and feeling stronger already after only 8 sessions. The trainers are fabulous and very responsive to needs. I have an old shoulder injury and working out has always caused a great deal of pain, but the trainers at P20 are great at adjusting the workout and changing things up so I am able to strengthen my shoulder without the pain.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this program! I have been working with Christophe as my trainer since November 2020 at P20 after lumbar back surgery. I have gained strength, have less back pain, feel better and honestly think I have a better quality of life at this point. They are a fantastic group of people and trainers, will put you first in terms of their commitment to your health and wellness goals. I am so happy that Secili, my physical therapist at Optimal Motion, referred me to the P20 program! Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with personal 20 for few months now and I am definitely seeing results! I have never properly worked out before so this was a great way to start my exercise journey. I had a pretty bad back pain from years ago and I started to notice I don’t complain anymore about that. The trainers always has a back up work out when it hurts my back and it’s only 20-30 min. I usually go with my husband and they help to schedule us together if possible. Fantastic experience: I am a person who likes to work out regularly, but recent back issues have limited my ability to have a full, robust workout. Recently my colleagues started going to Personal20 – a company utilizing electric muscle stimulation to enhance one’s exercise experience. At first, I was skeptical. I could not imagine a 20-minute workout meeting my fitness needs. I also did not think electric stimulation would be the best thing for my back. I researched the method and found that there was research support for Personal20, so I decided to utilize the three-session trial pack they offer. The trial intrigued me enough that I decided to not only try it out but to do two sessions a week. I have experienced results in several areas – weight loss, toning, flexibility, and it has been good for my back as well. And the trainers are all highly qualified and well-attuned to the client’s needs. My skepticism has yielded to a stronger, healthier me. I highly recommend Personal20 as a way to maximize one’s exercise regimen.

Fantastic experience: Smart workouts with evident results! P20 Herndon is exactly what it claims to be. I have personally felt big difference. In just 3 sessions, I observed that my backache was gone and no more bloating. After 6 sessions I feel and look slim. The trainers are great, highly professional and courteous, with clear communication. Maddelene has been so motivating from day 1, every session is fun with her and Caryn is a star who made me realise i could push myself much further and gave really good advice. Fantastic experience: At my age, it has been tougher to have the motivation to get back into fitness. I discovered Personal 20 a year ago (thanks, Carmen), I have been constantly focused on fitness and wellness. The exercises are great for me, thanks to little to on impact on joints. All of the trainers are great and will keep you going during your sessions. I highly Personal 20 for a jump-start into fitness, or to be included in your current fitness routine.

Now that the studio is currently closed due to Covid 19, I have found the same support online via the small online group training and one on one personal training. Fantastic experience: After experiencing a niggling lower back pain for a month (due to strenuous weightlifting) and visiting some chiropractors, i went in for their recovery and pain relief session. In the days that followed, i noticed small but significant improvements on mobility and my range of motion. I would highly recommend P20 to anyone having muscular issues. The staff and trainers are all very personable and friendly but push you during sessions.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Personal20 Herndon since August and I’ve been feeling an improvement from the sessions. The instructors are all professionals who know physiology and fitness and make sure that I get a good workout. The facility is sanitized after each member is finished a session and I feel comfortable and safe taking my classes there.

Fantastic experience: The P20 program has worked wonders for me. With a personal trainer and only 20 minute workout, the results are amazing and EASY to achieve. When I hit the big 5-0, I decided to focus on my health and fitness. I’m so grateful to have found P20 because it is a program that I’ve found sustainable for over 2 1/2 years. Past attempts at fitness have faltered after the initial intro period and after I achieved my goal; I would then revert to lazy and bad habits. P20 works because the trainers are wonderful, the workouts are challenging but not miserable, and you do not need to dedicate too much time. A 20 minute workout is short yet so effective. I was able to lose weight and get stronger and toner. A bonus result was mental happiness and carrying myself with greater confidence. When my hubby noticed my great results, he too joined and is equally impressed with P20 - we love it!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience with Personal 20. Exercising is not exactly my favorite thing and what attracted me to Personal 20 is the “20”. I thought that it would be great not having to do long workouts. I got a lot more than I asked for: a great personalized workout and a group of wonderful trainers who have become like family. What more, as a diabetic, I have been constantly monitoring my sugars and see a clear drop when I work out here. This is one routine I plan to stick to. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Personal20 for several months but was very inconsistent due to a lot of travel. For the last six - eight weeks, I’ve been able to maintain a consistent schedule of two times a week. I definitely feel the workout is better on my joints and since I’ve been more consistent, I like results in strength and muscle tone that I am seeing. The trainers are amazing!

Fantastic experience: After my knee surgery, I was limited in what I could do... We had planned a life time dream vacation of hiking and glacier trekking in Patagonia over the holidays. Thanks to P20, I was able to keep up with my 20 year old boys and have the best time of my life! I have been coming here twice a week for the last 3 months and the results have been phenomenal. 20 min workouts are intense, but fun. Christophe and team are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this routine for people of any age or health condition. You've got to give this a try!

Fantastic experience: This training gets results. Great full-body workout in 20 minutes for anyone at any fitness level. Especially great for very fit individuals who may have reached a plateau in the gym doing their normal routine; P20 will leave you sore for days leading to further gains you never thought you could reach! The trainers at P20 are great at tailoring your workout experience to meet whatever needs you have as well, whether it be building strength, increasing muscular endurance, or just overall getting into shape. The workouts are inherently low impact due to the technology used, so there is virtually no risk to injury compared to using conventional gym equipment and movements.

Fantastic experience: I am a person with very bad arthritis in my joints. I also have a sit down all day kind of job. I was looking for a way to regain some upper body strength without injuring my joints. I have just started my 5th week. I have had no issues with my joints and my strength is getting better. Interestingly enough, I have also improved my balance. This workout is really good. The trainers are fantastic. I have had the pleasure of training with most of them. I say that if you are thinking about doing this, go for it. Do the 3 day trial. You are going to find that it is a great workout with no issues on your joints.

Fantastic experience: Everything! First, the workout is very challenging; you truly are pushed to a healthy limit. Second, the program design varies significantly each week, so you will never be bored with a repetitive workout, nor will your muscles become accustomed to a particular routine. The variety also helps to keep you motivated. Third, the instructors are first rate, always ensuring that you are properly aligned and careful to prevent injuries. Christophe, my personal trainer, is extremely careful in how he chooses to modify an exercise specific to my needs. Fourth, everyone seems happy to be working at Personal20 and are always warm and welcoming. Last, and very important to me, the space is bright and always absolutely spotless. Fantastic experience: I am my own toughest critic. Even though friends and colleagues tell me I look great, I don’t share their opinion. Even when I lose weight, I feel like I need to lose more. Also, I am so busy with work and family, I literally do not have time to spend an hour at the gym. Finally, I am a healthy eater who also engages in intermittent fasting, so it is not like a change in diet would be the solution. These factors left me resigned to the idea that I would not be able to meet my fitness goals. That was until I discovered Personal20 and transformed my exercise routine. I learned about Personal20 through my colleagues, and I saw that they were achieving great results, so I asked them about it. At first, I could not believe that I could lose weight, become stronger, and look more toned through a simple 20-minute session. And I certainly did not think that stimulating my muscles electronically would do the trick. But I did an initial 20-minute trial, and then a three-session trial pack, and I was hooked. My Personal20 trainer did an excellent job of identifying my goals and setting a plan to achieve those goals. Because I was looking for quicker weight loss, I opted for the Endurance program that is more cardio-based than the other programs, but it is still has a significant strength training component. And I started to see results quickly. First came improved body tone, then strength, and finally, the weight loss I have been coveting. I have lost over ten pounds since I started. Now when family, friends, and colleagues tell me I look great, I can let myself agree with them. And the Personal20 staff provides advice for me to follow beyond the 20-minute session so I can sustain and build upon these great results. Fantastic experience: I have been doing it once a week for over a year in addition to my regular training . It’s a very intense 20 minutes full body workout, there is no magic, you will sweat. You can replicate a 300 lbs squat with just 20 lbs on your shoulder but you won’t have the aches and joints pain that comes with traditional squat. The trainers are professional and experienced, they will push you! Price-wise it’s a lot cheaper that a 1 hour traditional training session.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing Personal20 @ Sports and Health Herndon for more than a year now. Its been an amazing experience. I can feel the increased energy and strength after each workout. I mostly train with Christophe and Carmen who have been awesome. They motivate and push me to give my best every time. The workouts vary each week and I never get bored. The best thing I like about this workout is its only 20 minutes and you still get the amazing results. Fantastic experience: ed my tailbone and stressed my lumbar. It affected all the muscles around the low back area. Instead of the normal workout, my trainer suggested that I do a 20 minute recovery with the electrical stimulation. I honestly think my recovery has been shorter with this option. I haven’t been slowed down a bit and having similar injuries in the past that have taken much longer to heal, I fully believe the P 20 recovery has been instrumental in my quick recovery. Lastly, I have always been into fitness-obsessively so. I am going back to school as a 48-year-old adult and am so relieved that I don’t have to worry about how many hours/ week I exercise. I now do two P20 Workouts each week and two spinning classes per week and am in the best shape I’ve ever been in. This is definitely the way to go!

Fantastic experience: Effective workout and truly affordable personal training. I enjoy my workouts and see results. Each trainer adjusts the workout based on skill level or limitations. I know Melissa ensures my form is correct and pushes me even when I don’t think I can. I like how the workouts vary week to week so that it is never boring, which is why I keep coming back.

I can tell you that all of the trainers are great! I feel energetic, great and more confidence! I even sleep better! I always go after long day at work, and I feel really good after workout! Fantastic experience: The staff at Personal20 are very knowledgeable and fun to work with. I usually go after a long day of work and the trainers here do a really good job of being engaged and helping you push yourself to the limits. The workouts are switched up weekly to keep things feeling fresh and challenging. I primarily train with Christophe who has been an awesome source of information as far as nutritional advice and workout advice specific to my body type and how I can reach my personal goals both effectively and safely. He will set small but efficient goals to prevent you from burning out and getting frustrated. I highly recommend giving it a try for anyone who doesn't have a lot of experience in the gym and looking to ease their way into a workout routine.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to P20 almost since it started. In my opinion, this is one of the best ways to get and stay in shape, to add muscle, and get a good strength workout without the risks that come from using heavy weights. There are huge benefits from constantly having a trainer to make sure that all the exercises are done properly. The need to schedule sessions in advance also helps to ensure that you will go regularly. I strongly recommend that everyone give it a try. The EMS program really works!
