Fantastic experience: From the owners to coaches to the athletes, great encouraging folks. Also friendly as soon as you walk in the door. I'm particularly partial to the 5a classes, but without question there's a variety of classes to accommodate your needs

Fantastic experience: I started coming here as a trial with a friend utilizing the HS 45 high intensity interval training (HIIT) program. The atmosphere of encouragement and community with this group was amazing! I have been here over a year now and have begun dabbling in coaching. The encouragement from the other coaches and members has helped me grow tremendously.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Hammered Steel is for every fitness level. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and they focused on proper technique and form. They have a very close knit community of trained coaches and members to encourage you along the way. This judgement-free gym motivates you to continue to move towards your goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for true results no matter where they are in their fitness journey. The owner, Jordan is extremely kind and down to earth! In addition, they offer HIIT classes and workout classes for kids for you parents out there!

I was greeted by Jordan when I came in and he instantly made me feel comfortable. There is no judgement in this place because it really does feel like a family! Fantastic experience: CFHS is a phenomenal place to grow as a human being. Fitness CHECK. Kindness CHECK. Giving CHECK. Need friends? CHECK. I am blessed by this gym every time I come to the Memphis. No other CrossFit gym around Memphis I would rather be! P.S. they also have some of the most unique coaches and owners you will find in any CF gym.
