Fantastic experience: Awesome place if you want to get fit and have fun doing it. The HIIT class is a “Hit”. It gets every muscle and cardio. The fitness coach, Jesse, is AWESOME. His knowledgeable and has great energy. His energy gets the class pumped!!!!

Fantastic experience: Challenging and effective workouts from this dynamic team! Murat and Cidam always listen and accommodate everyone's needs to help you get the most out of your workout. Also, you get lots of 1:1 attention and assistance, which is very helpful. This gym has a very personal ambiance because of the small class size and dedicated instructors.

Fantastic experience: Zone 7 gym is super clean, wiping down all equipment after each use, clean towels are available and has a nice aroma when you walk in. The unlimited packages are affordable to everyone and offers a variety of workouts to complement your workout routines (i.e. cardio party, HIIT, and run). I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. I train here 4-5 times a week. I love that they have the same group of quality trainers give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It’s a life changing gym experience. And I am seeing results for sure.
