Fantastic experience: The people are super supportive and nice. The environment is non-judgmental and family-oriented. It’s so great to workout with others to push and encourage on another. Kim is an amazing coach. She’s super patient, friendly, and will cater to your past injuries so that you can still get a great workout in. I’ve definitely improved my strength over the last 6 months.
