Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time at triangle rock climbing. Our grandchildren were in town and decided to take them on their first rock climbing experience. The staff as very welcoming and helpful. They had do much fun trying to master the rock wall. They called their friends to tell them all about their day. Thank you so much. We will be back soon.

Fantastic experience: Had a great time. Enjoyed climbing and trusting my son to held me up! We were his guests and we climbed for free since it was our first time. Equipment rental was free first time. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old son went to the Triangle Rock Club for track out camp. It was his first time ever doing anything like this for a whole week! I had no idea what to expect and he was nervous about going. My husband dropped him off in the AM, around 9 with his packed lunch, snacks, and a water bottle. When I got there around 430 (we paid extra for the after care, but it was totally worth it), it was a bit chaotic. I never asked my husband what to do, so I didn’t know what to expect. This was the only downside to the whole experience, the pick up. Needless to say, the employees were busy helping people check in, talking amongst themselves, and doing what employees do, but I had no idea where my son was and didn’t see him with the other kids when I walked into TRC. I finally managed to get someone’s attention and they helped me right away. He was on one of the auto belays with a counselor in the other room. He was so excited to show me what he could do and what he had done that day, it was great!! Half way through the week they sent pictures of the kids, so we could see what they had accomplished! At the end he got a T-shirt, coupons, a picture of him climbing, and an fyi for camp in the future. He also got a thank you post card from one of the counselors, which was a really nice touch! We will definitely be doing track out camp again!! I would recommend TRC to anyone who has an active kid who wants to climb on anything!! This place wore my son out and he was super excited to go back the next day!!

Fantastic experience: Still fairly new here, but I had a rope climbing lesson with Ryan, and he was very patient and helpful. Desk staff is generally attentive as well, and the facility is fun.

Fantastic experience: TRC is the best place to climb in NC. They have facilities all over the triangle in Raleigh, Morrisville and Durham. They offer free events and classes to members. Membership is around $90 per month, slight discount if you get the couple’s membership. There are promotions a few times a year to waive the sign up fee. The drawbacks are: it’s very hard to find parking if you come here after work, hopefully more parking can be added. Also, the climbing routines don’t get changed frequently enough if you come here regularly

Fantastic experience: Great place to climb; friendly staff, good routes, and plenty of classes/events. I live just down the road, and use climbing as my main source of exercise.

Fantastic experience: Your facility is large and full of energetic clients of all ages. It is also very clean, and the staff is super helpful. I particularly LOVE your yoga class, and I am enjoying Lauren Alivia's Thai Bodywork series. She is knowledgeable, clear and caring. She is also super friendly.

Fantastic experience: Every business has people who are working because it’s a job and/or the benefits they receive from being there. However, by far TRC-Raleigh has a team who is there for the love of climbing and the collectively shared passionate for the sport. Climbing truly is a community experience, a family if you will, and TRC is dedicated to spreading the joy of climbing to everyone they meeting. New Member and excited to be part of the TRC Community. :-)

Fantastic experience: Rock climbing is amazing… but that’s not the best part.. there are some side classes you can take too. I personally don’t have a membership but my friend does and she invited me and used her buddy pass so we took part in the gluteal class, hand standing classes and foam rolling class before rock climbing. This place is amazing, if I stayed close by I would definitely get the membership and go everyday.

Fantastic experience: Henry at the desk was super kind and helpful. It was our sons 5th birthday and his dad and I brought him to the gym for the first time. He had a total blast. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I had a bouldering lesson with Greyson. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect coach. He was skilled, patient, encouraging and made the whole thing really fun. Great facility. I’ll be back.

Positive experience: I had always wanted to try rock climbing and liked that Triangle Rock Club gives first-time visitors a discounted day pass. The facility was beautiful and expansive, and the desk staff was polite and answered all my questions. What would have pushed my experience to a 5-star rating is getting a tour of the whole gym (as was mentioned on the website) and getting some pointers from the staff on where and how I might want to start, since I'd never been rock climbing before. I had to figure it out on my own after watching an introductory video.

Fantastic experience: Vibes, vibes, vibes! This joint is righteously unique. The rocks look so real and feel amazing, I can't express how many times I thought I was on the Andes and forgot to pack a protein bar. Yikers... nonetheless Triangle Rock club has my utmost respect, keep doing you.

Fantastic experience: Just took my son for the first time. Everyone was helpful. It’s a really nice space just to be in. I recommend trying to go during an off peak time especially if you are less experienced. I was very happy we did that so I didn’t feel rushed or anything. The staff was attentive and patient with me having tons of questions.

Fantastic experience: My family went here for a birthday party. We really enjoyed our time here. Rachel was patient with our little people and us curious adults. Other patrons were equally kind. The rock climbing community was very welcoming. We plan to go again.

Fantastic experience: I love climbing here! I go to the Raleigh location like 4 or 5 times a week and every time there’s always a new problem to try. They change the routes very often. The gym is super clean and the staff is wonderful. They have top rope and bouldering, as well as a pretty decent gym in the back for climbers that want to do weight training or cardio. On top of all that, they seem like they’re always hosting events. There’s this deal for people with memberships that they can bring an unlimited number of new people to the gym, and can bring one returning guest monthly. I haven’t gone to any yet, but a lot of their classes are included with the membership, too. Keep up the good work, Triangle Rock Club!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience! Staff was awesome, explained the basics, and let us go have fun at our own pace. Met some awesome people who were all friendly and welcoming to the community. Everyone was always happy help us get better, and honestly that got me hooked! Over the course of the month I ended up going back often, and have been getting better and better at climbing, bouldering, and belaying. It’s a great place to start and honestly the prices are great too. Highly recommended for anyone who want to give it a try!

I had a great experience at the club. The instructor, unfortunately I forgot his name, was awesome. His instructions were thorough and informative. I'm strongly considering becoming a member. The facility not only offers rock climbing but a gym as well, which is a bonus. A+ experience...

Fantastic experience: The staff and members here are so friendly. I like to work out in their gym or in a fitness class while my kids climb (I'm member too). The kids feel so empowered by the sport and love the ability to go to several locations. They also love being in First Ascent kids group.

Fantastic experience: Climbing is great which is what we expected. What I didn’t expect is how much we’ve enjoyed the fitness classes. We’ve done slow flow yoga, foundational yoga, and SC45 so far. All of the facilities and instructors have been phenomenal, I’m really impressed.

Fantastic experience: Staff was amazing. so kind to my kiddos and myself. I am a first timer and they were so pleasant to work with. Even though we are in Fuquay we are looking into a membership. I really hope you put one around the southern wake area, i know alot of us would love one closer to home.

On top of all that she was encouraging to my 10 yr old son. Along with the great facilities and interactions with both Morrisville and Raleigh employees I think it is my family's new home for fun and fitness!

Fantastic experience: So easy to book and what a fun time! The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. We went with 3 people mid Saturday and climbed for the entire hour and a half we booked for. They also have a gym at this locations as well as a gift shop! If you’re looking for something fun and physically taxing to do on a weekend this is a fantastic option. It only ran about $15 a person and no need to be certified just to climb!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time here! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast climbing. There are many different routes for all types of skill levels. The small wall was perfect for the little kids. Even the large wall routes were suitable for various skill levels. This is a great place to go on a rainy day. This was our first time and we will be back for sure. A great place to get a good workout! Even if you are not interested in climbing you can still participate by cheering on your kids. Climbing is a great way to build self confidence!
