Fantastic experience: Great workouts for total body. Even at an older age, Andrea can modify the workouts to my level but still pushes me to work hard. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome small batch studio fit for all levels! Incorporated workouts includes interval training, strength, cardio, and resistance work with coaches who specialize in proper form and technique. Classes are in the early morning, morning, and evening. Saturday morning includes students from all week coming together for a big family workout. I love the feel of this place!

Fantastic experience: SIL Fitness Studio is incredible!! I have known Andrea for several years now and she is amazing! She changes up the workouts consistently and truly cares about her clients. She has a gift to help people live healthy lifestyles and to gain confidence in themselves in the process. My life is completely different because of her and I am beyond grateful to have met her! She is a badass trainer with a heart of gold!!
