Fantastic experience: My favorite place to be too release all stress and any anger. ILKB HENDERSON it's better then joining any gym. The instructors are amazing, friendly and help push you. My goal when joining was to get back toned up, stress free and healthier for not only myself but for my boys and that's exactly what ILKB has done for me. Great music , great atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: iLoveKickboxing Henderson is AMAZING! I have been a member since January 2017 and have become so much stronger and have done things that I never thought I could. I love it! The owner and staff at this location are so awesome and supportive. The workouts can be challenging, but by the end of class you will feel so good. Once you see those results, it becomes very addicting! Before you know it, you will be going 6 days a week!

Fantastic experience: Recently joined and "ilovekickboxing" Henderson! The staff is amazing, very friendly and super helpful! I know each time I go in I'm going to be challenged but leave feeling GREAT! The music and trainer keep you pumped and motivated. Not overcrowded and plenty of session times to choose from!

Fantastic experience: My very first class. The instructors were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Actually every person I encountered here was helpful and friendly. I am very uncoordinated. I have no martial arts or kickboxing experience at all. Besides yoga this was my first group fitness class experience. Definitely recommend giving this a try.

Fantastic experience: I love kickboxing Henderson is a fun, but intense workout. People of all shapes and sizes can do this workout with some moderations. I just joined last week and I love how welcoming everyone is. If your looking for a fun new way to work out, this is it.

Fantastic experience: Oh man where do I begin! The people are professional and encouraging. The gym doesn't have that weird musty-sweat smell that most gyms have. You look around at the people working out with you and they're smiling. Everyone is just there to have a good time and kick butt. I'm always excited on days that I go. It's just great all around!

Super upbeat and positive place. I find myself missing it on my rest day. Before I found this amazing place, I'd been having a lot of trouble starting up my fitness routine after 2 years of a "workout drought" and I just couldn't get myself to start up again on my own. This place has made it so easy. I just do what the instructors do. I didn't have to think about my next move and it's so much fun in a group setting with like minded people (my new fitness fam). They have given me excellent advice about diet and beyond. They are very knowledgable and willing to take time out to help me with my form whenever I need it in class. I've never had so much fun working out!!!!! EVER!!!! I love it so much and couldn't be happier with the results I'm already seeing!!!!! I don't think I'll ever want to stop kickboxing here!!!! <3

Fantastic experience: I would workout here everyday if I had time. As it is, I can make it two or three times a week. It is my favorite place to workout. The instructors are great and the other members motivate me to work harder!

Fantastic experience: By far the most intense workout I’ve ever done. The instructors are amazing always encouraging us to see it through the pain!! You never know what your body can do until you challenge it! We all have frustrations in life. This workout has not only helped me physically but emotionally too! Great stress reliever!!
