Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Toby's since Nov., 2014 & he's been treating me for a neurologic disorder with great results. Toby's knowledge, emotional support and constant oversight during treatments have brought me to a place that I didn't think possible. I'm now able to do activities that I haven't been able to do for years, and I'm so excited! The entire staff is amazing, as are the facilities, & I highly recommend Fit Stop in Heber!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Except I asked them to freeze my membership from the 10th to the 4th. Have to leave for an emergency. Didnt wanna pay for something I didnt use. When I returned I asked them to unfreeze it between the 4th and october 21st and find out that they forgot, now expires in 2 days and I really dont want to pay for another month. Maybe I can talk to someone who can help me.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to the area last week for snowmaking work at PC and freeride skiing. Absolutely love the gym. They allow chalk/have it available, have 3 (maybe 4) squat racks 2-3 below 1 up top. Have cardio and functional training area on second floor with sled pull and boxing equipment as well as a dumbell freeweight rack on each level. Also have a badaass climbing gym to boot as well as a steam room that gets super hot and toasty (love it). To the two negative nancies below, its common for any gym to cut locks off of a locker after extended period time (idk maybe you should've called them?) Keep up the good work yall love the vibe and atmosphere! -bob

Fantastic experience: the only gym in heber. I’m there 6 days a week it’s honestly a great gym. It’s a little packed and sometimes a random old guy will come up to you and try to give you bs tips but that’s just the joy of public gyms. It really adds to the experience. The staff are all very nice and always help me out when I leave somthing at the gym. Overall I’d say if you are visiting heber or living here and wanting to workout this is not only your only option but your best option!

Fantastic experience: Such a neat and welcoming place!

Fantastic experience: If you live in Midway or Heber area, this place is great. Nice staff, locker rooms, tons of equipment upstairs and down. Upstairs has rows and rows of Ellipticals, Treadmills, etc. Never gets super crowded in my experience. Fit Stop also has a rock climbing wall and various classes. Facility really is quite large. In winter, I work out there and then walk across the hall to the Wasatch county indoor cushioned running/walking track (5 laps=mile) that is great, also has basketball, tennis courts, and pickleball now (not for me!)... Fit Stop has summer and year-end discounts on annual passes. They sell punch passes that drops the occasional daily visit price by 3 bucks per visit ($7 instead of $10). They will also let you go for 3 free days in a row to try it out. Lots of parking in back of building if front is full.

Positive experience: Kind of small, but a solid gym. The best part is the climbing section of the gym. Routes seem wonky, but a fun gym.

Fantastic experience: I had a complete knee replacement 7 weeks ago and have been working with Tobi at Fit Stop and he is exceptional! I started therapy 2 weeks post op and even though it hasn’t been easy, I wouldn’t be where I am without their help! At my last follow up with my Surgeon, he said I am doing better and more than most patients out a year. When I get discouraged Tobi is always so positive and motivating. He helps me understand the why’s and the bigger picture. Thank you Fit Stop and Tobi!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym great vibe and atmosphere with friendly staff and members good size locker rooms and a steam room(sauna?), plenty of machines and weights with a multitude of cardio items, not to mention the smoothie bar!

Fantastic experience: Pump it up. This place is awesome. Would love to see even more free weight options but it’s only because they have rush hours. The religious peeps around here all workout at the same time. The equipment is clean and locker rooms have lockers and clean restrooms. Best place in town to get ripped. Grandma plays pickle ball at the rec center across the way and always thought it was too small and crowded, that is until I took her upstairs. It’s HUGE! Grandma had a small stroke when she saw all the room upstairs. Don’t worry, she’s working out on the regular so her heart will recover. Thank the lord, grandma needs to live another 10 years or more and not just so we can get the family pass and her grandson can lift for free. Come on people, I’m much more classy than that, I love grandma for her personality and good looks, not just her money.

Fantastic experience: Signing up for the Ski Conditioning class with Nora is one of the best decisions I've made. Nora's attention to detail, and structured 1 hour sessions are fantastic. She teaches yoga, how to properly use a foam roller, and has a keen eye for proper form during each exercise. Nora's classes are high intensity intervals, with low impact on joints. So glad I found out about this class Nora puts on. The Fit Stop is a great facility for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with this gym and the staff. Just moved here from Salt Lake and after being a member at some of the biggest and most well known gym's in the city, I wasn't super confident in how happy I would be. I have to say that my expectations have not only been exceeded but the Fit Stop has become one of my favorite gyms I have ever attended or been a member of. They have incredible staff, love the vibe and never an unclean experience whether it be on or with equipment, or bathrooms! Love this place.

Fantastic experience: For the past several years, I have worked with Nora Lundin as my personal trainer. It has been a rewarding experience. I have seen my strength, flexibility, balance and endurance increase greatly. Because of my compromised immune system, I have chosen not to come in to the FitStop. Nora has graciously agreed to do online personal training so I can continue my workouts. I really appreciate her doing this. They are great workouts and it has allowed me to keep my exercise regimen going. Thank you Nora.

Fantastic experience: personally really like this gym. It does get crowded at times. But I have never had an issue “waiting in line for equipment”. I just renewed my membership. I didn’t use it much the first year. But I am now going regularly. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful. I have had a number of gym memberships around the country. But this gym has been my favorite so far.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for the last two months and using Nora as our personal trainer. The results have been amazing and well worth the membership and time! This is the first gym where I have felt it wasn't a competition to see who looks the best. Highly recommend that if you need a gym or personal trainer, you give them a shot.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to work out. The membership prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is great. A pass includes all the equipment, all group classes during the week in yoga, cycling, Zumba, etc. Along with a small therapy pool and a rock wall. My wife and I love the classes, sense of community, equipment and staff here.

Fantastic experience: Visiting fom SLC and I'm super impress with Fit Stop. I love the atmosphere here. The workers are amazing, everyone I encountered was so nice and friendly. They showed me where everything was. I went to the power class and omg I had an amazing workout. The two instructor were amazing and helped me every step of the way. I loved my first time experience here and will always come here when I'm in town.

Fantastic experience: Originally, my review was bad pertaining to a negative customer service experience I had in the beginning of my time there. I am now singing a different tune. The equipment is fantastic and the facility was clean. The associates are pleasant and friendly. I am happy that I got over myself and have now been frequenting The Fit Stop. I enjoy chatting with the friendly front desk team and using the awesome facilty every day. Best fitness center I’ve ever been a part of. Fantastic experience: The PT staff has been really great, helping me rehab through two hip replacements and most recently lower back surgery. Tyler really knows his stuff!

Fantastic experience: I love the steam rooms so much! Another great thing is the rock wall!! Climb for days. & the icing on the cake for me are the awesome classes. Yoga with Ned on tuesdays @ 7 p.m. is my favorite.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in Heber. The staff is always attentive to the members! I am an early morning gym goo-roo most the time and some mornings are a little harder to be motivated then others UNTIL I'm greeted EVERY morning by whoever is at the front desk. Gets a little busy from 5 pm to about 7 pm. Mornings are also busy from opening to about 8 am! They have gotten more equipment and I am super excited about the changes! More room from growth!! Also, the lovely ladies that clean the facility do an AMAZING job. Its always so so clean.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for the perfect Gym, THIS IS IT! The Fit Stop Health Club has everything to offer! The nicest staff and atmosphere I have ever seen at a gym, they really make you feel like family! the place has much to offer Including a full and spacious gym offering everything from weights, pool, cardio, plyometrics, climbing, cycling, treadmills, yoga and much more! This is the place I go and have been going ever since I moved to Heber more than 7 years ago. I love the mentality and atmosphere here. As well as the great physical therapy department that specializes in just about everything! Go get a free trial or just stop by there to grab a smoothie at the smoothie bar.
