Fantastic experience: Jordan is a great, personable trainer who is genuinely interested in making his clients the best versions of themselves they can be. I’ve known him since we were 14-15 years old and I can’t speak highly enough of his character and would recommend ANYBODY who is interested in living a healthier lifestyle to get in touch with this man. He’s played an instrumental role in helping me go from 309 lbs to 220lbs.

Fantastic experience: This Kat is cool, personable, and flexible. The MOST important thing when training. We’ve gotten to know him while training our youth (football) child and our son has bought in. It takes a lot of attention and detail to convince a child (12 yrs old/5’11”/210lbs) to work hard, hurt, and sweat. Thanks for your flexibility and commitment to our child. Not only will he customize a workout unique and tailored to your needs; wether it be a specific sport or just personal fitness goals, he does it ALL.
