Every time I go in, weather he is working or working out, he takes time out of his day to chat with me and that speaks to the culture of the gym!

Fantastic experience: I went here since the hot water is out at the dorms and I really needed a hot shower. Day passes are $5, but since it was my first time there, I got a free day. I didn't use the equipment, but it looked nice. The shower was AMAZING though! Very clean, they have lockers and cubbies in a room separated from the regular bathrooms by a curtain. Then another curtain for the shower, which is very spacious and handicapped accessible.

We’re in town visiting family and stopped in to check it out. This gym exceeded my expectations! Fully equipped, Lots of room and very clean!! This will definitely be my gym when in town!!

It was hot and they let our Newfoundland hang out and stay cool while we got in a quick lift. Great variety of equipment. Thanks so much guys!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality I had my right arm pretty well mulched in a freak accident, and I chose Munsch as the place to start rebuilding it. The equipment has low enough weight settings for me to rehabilitate my arm while still being able to workout. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: My parents moved back to Russell so I needed spot to exercise while visiting them. The owner was extremely hospitable. Felt like I had been going there for years! Gym is fantastic with very high quality equipment, and the place is SPOTLESS! Will definitely be going again next time I am in the area.

Fantastic experience: Made a pit stop in Hays to get some movement in during my long drive from St. Louis and stumbled across this gem of a gym. Awesome facility, super friendly and professional staff, and the training environment is exactly what you hope for when you walk in a fitness facility. A real training environment without the egos. Super inclusive! Will definitely have to come back on the next roadtrip! Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: We went to Munsch fitness on our way to Denver!! Omggg we loved it! The gym had everything you could imagine- awesome atmosphere, great equipment, friendly staff and cool music!!!! We could definitely recommend to stop there! Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Quality Drove an hour out of the way just to work out here. Very well kept, enough free weights for you to pretend you are Ronnie Coleman. There is plenty of equipment for you to work out, even at congested times. Separate room for stretching/ab work. Staff is very friendly, as well as, helpful. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Driving back from Colorado w/ my boyfriend and stopped by here for our bench day. Weren't expecting much as there's only a handful of gyms in Hays. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that not only did this gym have everything we needed, but it was well-kept, clean, and the owner and employees were very hospitable. Definitely will be stopping back by here the next time we head west.

Fantastic experience: Staff was super friendly. I was traveling through town and just needed to get a workout in and it had everything I needed and then some. Not sure if staff name, but he was great. It will be the gym I choose, if ever passing through again By the sign on one of the walls, it looks like they support our troops, and that alone would keep me coming back.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym very clean. Everyone there are friendly and courteous. The equipment gets maintenance regularly. Recently got new machines and squat racks. I can get a workout done even when it's busy. A+

The staff is always helpful and greets you with a smile and hello. My husband and I both enjoy working out there.

Fantastic experience: I just visited Munsch Fitness and I was very impressed! I have been to a lot of gyms in Kansas, and this is the nicest, highest quality gym I have ever been too. It's high quality equipment, and there is a huge variety of equipment as well. You have all you cardio machines, free weights and weighted machines. I was impressed that they had two racks and wooden platforms for power-lifting along with bumper plates. I know that the only gyms that have space specifically for power-lifting are usually cross-fit gyms, so this has all the variety you need. You also have some open space for stretching, jump roping and ab work.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I signed up for Munsch Fitness it has been a welcoming and great experience. Alex greeted my girlfriend and I with handshakes. I even asked him what I might focus on in the beginning after not working out for a while. Ended up putting our membership on pause due to Covid and then enabling it with ease. The gym atmosphere is friendly and safe. Alex has since given me advice on health related questions for where I want to be personally. Overall great gym and management. Worth the money and time. Keep it up MF.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality How is the place in Hays? One of the best clubs I’ve ever been in. This is what you’d expect in a big Coty, but even better. Amazing staff and equipment. No contract and still a Greta rate, and free tanning. It’s like a fitness cult. Everyone is so helpful and great member base as well

Fantastic experience: Im In hays for a couple of days for work and was recommended this place from a friend and it did NOT disappoint! Been to gyms around the US like Alphalete and Zoo culture and I’d throw this place right up there with them. All the equipment you possibly need!! I really enjoyed the inferred saunas upstairs next to all the cardio equipment. Awesome place and will for sure be back!

Fantastic experience: Total gym experience. I'm a YMCA member in Wichita. I was traveling for work but still needed a place to work out. I found Munsch and thought I'd check it out. A day pass is only $5. It is WELL worth it. This place has every piece of equipment and specialty bar you need. They even have belts and straps if you need to borrow something. There is also a supplement and smoothie bar of you need a little extra boost of vitamins or protein. The staff was helpful and the facilities were clean and organized. I'll be back for sure!

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in the the area. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff that is more than willing to help you meet your fitness and nutritional goals. The facility is very clean, organized and up to date. There is a wide variety of new free weights, machines and cardio equipment. I always enjoy visiting Munsch Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I'm a traveler passing through and this is the first gym I've come across that has a reasonable day pass policy. It's only $5, but they let me train for free for leaving a good review. It's a nice gym overall, equipped with everything you'll need. Also, very friendly service. Definitely will be back again when passing through!

Fantastic experience: On our way to Overland KS from Denver CO, this was the perfect mid point stop to get a workout in and break the monotony of being in the car for 4hours. What a wonderful find! Clean, welcoming, great vibes and wide assortment of equipment. Very easy to get in and get a workout done. If we ever come Hays way again we will definitely stop in. ♡☆♡

Fantastic experience: Great spot to lift and work out! I was back in town visiting from out of state and I was more than pleasantly surprised but impressed. Plenty of free weight options with multiple squat racks (so you aren’t ever waiting for some guy to do his curls from the power rack). Olympic weightlifting friendly with a small platform and weights that can be dropped. Also a couple concept2 rowers upstairs plus the usual treadmills and ellipticals. I do recommend if in the area and looking for an iron spot.

Fantastic experience: Munsch Fitness is an awesome gym. Located in Hays, you'll find all you need from benches, to weights, to TRX equipment and treadmills. Definitely recommend trying this place out. Whenever I'm here visiting, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Honestly even better than my LA Fitness back home in SoCal!

Great atmosphere, extremely friendly and helpful staff/owner who are always here during the front desk hours. Good tanning facilities, amazing up to date and new lifting equipment, friendly and helpful environment. Serious and new lifters, this is the perfect place for you!

Fantastic experience: This place is a needle in a Hay Stack. As someone who travels for work a lot it is hard to find a clean well equipped gym on the road that will accommodate business travelers. This gym is one of the nicest I have found as I travel around the country. I was driving by and stopped in and talked to Alex to inquire if they would sell me a guest pass. Alex was extremely helpful and even made sure I was able to get into the gym early in the morning before work. I found the gym to be very clean with a great layout and plenty of space to workout without feeling crowded. The facility is very well equipped with well maintained free weights, cardio equipment, and circuit training equipment. If you are a business traveler passing through the area, this is a great find to help you stay on track. If you live in the Hays, KS area, you have a great facility ready and waiting for you. What are you waiting for?

Fantastic experience: My wife and I stopped in for a day pass while we were in town for a wedding. The gym had a nice vibe and was very clean. It had a good selection of cardio equipment, free weights, some great machines, and specialty squat bars. They even have saunas, tanning beds and a smoothie bar but we didn't take advantage of any of those. Alex , the owner, was very nice too. We highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym with a lot of charm. They cater to hard core lifters and casual exercisers alike. They are super friendly and responsive! We were passing through town and would definitely come here again if we were in the area.

Fantastic experience: I don’t live in Hays anymore but when I did Munsch Fitness was my favorite place. I didn’t dread going to the gym I actually looked forward to it because I loved the place so much! The atmosphere is incredible & they have EVERYTHING you need. I live in Kansas City now and have yet to find a gym here better than Munsch Fitness! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is a truly awesome gym! I was simply a visitor for several days, but the owners were extremely accommodating (in contrast to a couple of other gyms I called in Hays). The gym itself is very well designed and kept up. It's clean, the machines are well maintained, and yet it has that "serious gym" feel. The people who go there are clearly serious about fitness, which adds to the excellent atmosphere. The owners and staff were extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall, just a great workout experience! Thanks Munsch Fitness! PS: If I could make just one constructive comment, Munsch could definitely use more kettlebells, (including more of the same weight, so you can use them in pairs), for those of us who do CrossFit.
