Fantastic experience: I've gone to 24 Hour Fitness Hermosa LA Fitness in Downey Gold's Gym in Hawthorne and Redondo and none of them is as intense as the UFC gym in Torrance UFC gyms will take over

Fantastic experience: I belong to 2 gyms. I joined UFC GYM before the Torrance location opened 10 years ago. I just had heart surgery and did a lot of my cardio work there to rehab after the hospital. I recovered fully and started competing in Powerlifting again within a year and a half. The place is upkept well and the staff is friendly. The equipment is maintained well and this was the reason why I left several gyms before. I workout 3 times a week at UFC GYM and on Saturdays I go to a special Powerlifting gym to get ready for competitions.

Fantastic experience: Mann it was great. Great equipment. You can get a massage after and it’ll keep you from being sore. There’s so much to do. Bring your baby to the daycare or your children to learn martial arts while you go train. The music keeps you going and amped up. Its a great time. Give it a try it may not be for everyone but its just right for me

Fantastic experience: I wish this UFC was closer to my home. It’s the best UFC I’ve been too. I used to live in New York so I’ve been to UFCs there and all over California. This one is the cleanest, most spacious, has the newest equipment and the friendliest staff! Even though it’s about an hour drive away, if my fiancé and I have time-we would way rather go here than the other ones in LA. PLEASE open one like this in Pasadena!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love UFC! When You walk in you just feel the energy and it pushes you to get your workout in . The coaches are great and all different so you are bound to find your match . I have been able to get out of my comfort zone thanks to the coaches .

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym since they opened. To be honest idk how much they charge anymore. Frm what I know is there are 2 different kinds of packages you can purchase depending on you. One would be more pricey compare on the other but you'll have the benefits of joining any fitness classes they offer. It's up to you, gym is clean it does get crowded around 5pm is when everyone comes in. Its a 24 hour gym so come anytime. They have shower, sauna, lockers and in the day time they have kids club for parents who can't find baby sitter and want to workout. Someone will keep an eye of your child while crushing your goals. They also have juice bar were you can purchase smoothie and other stuff.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! I've been a member since it opened. I love the atmosphere and the staff. The classes and equipment are great! I've made many friends, including the instructors. I love the events and fight nights. My son got to train when he was little in the youth martial arts classes and also got to play in the kids club. He loved it. Now he's old enough to work out with me and it's a great experience to get fit with your fam. Thank you for a great workout experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Coach Scott for over a year, I'm extremely happy with the results and services that I have received since I started. Coach Scott is very flexible and accommodating with scheduling times to work out that fit with my schedule during the week and he personalizes my workouts to target the areas that I want to work on. What I mostly enjoy is how he breaks down each exercise and explains the muscles it impacts'. I was always looking forward to our workout sessions. I would highly recommend Coach Scott and the UFC gym.

Fantastic experience: This gym is by far the best gym home! Their staff and coaches are wonderful and SO friendly. The atmosphere feels like family. There is always someone there to help you in any area that you are wanting to work on! Coach Judy Slow has been at the gym for a little now and taking class with her is by far the best! She takes so much pride in coaching. Even with teaching a large class she makes sure to see everyone individually by moving around, giving adjustments, upping weight for some or decreasing weight, to make sure you're doing the movement properly. The level of effort and care she puts in to each class brings about one of the best workouts and atmosphere to be in. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, she creates a safe space for everyone, where you're able to be challenged, learn from someone who has dedicated so much time to be the best in this field, all the while ensuring that you leave there better than how you came! No matter where you're at in your fitness journey, classes or one on one's with Judy will for sure help you grow, and accomplish any goals you may be have inside the gym, that will most certainly carry with you outside the gym. And The GM Ben Valenzuela will get you set up if you're new to the gym or trying to navigate classes/coaching, he is amazing, and always on top of it! Since people often ask about cleanliness now living in the time of Covid, they take it very seriously. I often walk in to someone cleaning the floors, equipment, and the coaches make sure everyone during and after classes are wiping down their equipment. Gyms can often be intimidating but not this one, this one is full of kind, hard working, knowledgeable people, with SO much to offer. Shout out to all those amazing coaches I've had the pleasure to work with who are constantly out there putting in the work so we can all be better. Everyone here including members that attend just make this gym feel welcoming and fun. Coaches are also great with kids. My daughter has had a one on one training with Chris Ortiz, and she was scared at first but he made it fun for her and she ended up having a good time. Now she enjoys her classes at gym too. I’ve been to another UFC gym and this one is my favorite. I’ve also been to differEnt gyms and UFC is still my favorite! Even on the busiest days... I’m still able to use equipment. I also love how they have challenges and events, it’s great encouragement! They are also involved with other such as breast cancer awareness, Australia fire, military... Fantastic experience: Best Gym I've been to and I've been to gyms for 18 years. They have awesome classes ranging from daily ultimate training, to cycle, P90x, Fight fit, jiu jitsu, striking and more. Friendly staff and awesome vibes!

Fantastic experience: I do my workout with UFC Gym few years now. They recently replace old equipment with new one including the roofs and rearrange/add more equipment. Plenty of parking space outside especially if you do your workout between 8-10pm which I normally did because of my line of work. Men's room is always clean and enough storage for your bag etc. Overall experience is really cool. Besides, I l really like those sand bags as well for my boxing/kicking training just to loose weight and build more endurance. :)

Fantastic experience: Love the vibe, equipment, the grittiness of it compared to the slicker big gyms. It's a perfect hybrid of big gym, CrossFit vibe and boxing/training gym all wrapped up in one. I signed up the entire family (6 of us!) For a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: First I would like to thank the Manager Ben for giving our friends free pass to workout, very nice guy and all the trainers and worker as well, this gym is almost complete, a lot of equipments, clean environment, people going here are also friendly, so what are you waiting people, come now and try it out! Fantastic experience: I have been a member here since right after they opened. The vibe in this gym is the most friendly, family like setting I have seen. The coaches ( Ruben, Erika, Jason, Craig, Bill) to name a few are top notch and strive to help you achieve your goals. The arm bar and recovery staff are top notch as well. I was a member less than a year and I was treated like family. UFC has a variety of classes to help you reach any goal. They also have the state of the art recovery room. I would highly recommend UFC Torrance.

They offer an array of classes, and are tailored to what ever your needs may be. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the name but was immediately taken back by the hospitality and curtious staff. Fantastic experience: I've been a member for four years since the grand opening and after having been a member at 24 Hour Fitness for years prior I have to say that UFC Gym has been a very welcome change of pace. From the experienced, highly-capable staff, the selection of classes and equipment, the general atmosphere and energy, and the Arm Bar nutrition bar and the Kids Club, this gym has everything I'd want in spades.
