D1 Training of Hattiesburg

Fantastic experience: I was home from college and was looking for a place where I could get extra work in the off season (football). CJ and D1 gave me a great atmosphere. CJ and his knowledge and workouts were better than I was expecting. Could not ask for a better coach or facility while I have been home. I would highly recommend D1 and CJ to anyone needing a place to train.

Fantastic experience: This Place has been Amazing for my 16 yo multi sport athlete. We have already noticed an increase in his speed and agility. CJ is top Notch coaching and the facility Is the perfect set up! Can’t wait to watch him continue to develop as a D1 athlete!

Fantastic experience: I love D1! It's been a few years since I worked out regularly, but the coaches have made everything accessible to me as I'm getting back into it. The workouts are great, and are different every day so it doesn't get repetitive and boring. Even after just 3 weeks I already feel stronger; I can't wait to see what I can do in a few months!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love D1!! The staff has been so welcoming. They are great with the kids and really offer a wonderful program for athletes at any skill level!
