Fantastic experience: The staff is generally very helpful whenever you're having a problem, other gym members are mostly friendly and courteous, and there's a nice set of regulars who are there in the army mornings. Machines are quality and varied, and there's a nice variety in available bars weights and grips. Great gym for an affordable price.

Fantastic experience: We love One80 Fitness in Hattiesburg. It is spotlessly clean from front to back, and the plentiful equipment is diligently maintained. What a great place to work out! A real bargain, too. Keep up the good work, One80 management and staff.

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Hattiesburg about a month ago. Switching to a new gym in a new city where I knew no one and the staff and people there really made me feel welcome from day one. Staff always greets me when I walk in. Absolutely love getting a solid workout in here and the trainers are full of advice and knowledge. Each member of their staff seems to truly care about making your gym experience pleasant and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Tons of square footage, all the machines you could want, plenty of free weights. The locker rooms aren't too shabby either. I go several times a week, it's almost always clean and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Front desk gal was great. I just turned 40 completely out of shape 100 pounds over weight and when I walked in on the 4th of July everyone was yoked and great looking so it was super intimidating. I wish I remembered her name but she got me started did a quick tour and it helped calm me down. I absolutely died after just 5 minutes on the stair climber and just 4 sets on the circuit. Sat in my car not sure if I was going to puke pass out or both. Overall it has everything you'd want to get back in shape and I will go back tomorrow. Thank you crunch girl.

Fantastic experience: I joined Crunch in Hattiesburg back in October and I have to say that my experience has been way better that I could have expected. I have joined a few other gyms in the past and they were nothing like Crunch. I’ve been nothing but happy since the first day. My friend and I had a 3-day pass and we met the manager, Jake on the first day. He explained how things worked, he came over and talked to us every day, and we ended up getting a membership on the 3rd day. I’m happy with how friendly the staff at the front desk are, they always make you feel welcome. It’s amazing how clean it is for a gym. There are paper towel holders, disinfectant spray, and hand sanitizer almost everywhere. I always see members of the staff replacing the paper towels, cleaning the machines, and spraying things down. Even my husband was impressed when I told him that they check our temperature at the desk. He just thought they wouldn’t let us in without a mask, he had no idea that our temperatures were checked before we could go into the gym. I have never seen a gym with such a dedicated staff. Hope is always there and ready to help with any questions on nutrition and how you can change your diet for the better to get where you want to be to reach your goals. Jake just goes out of his way to make sure that he is available to any member that has any questions or problems. He’s also always trying to keep things fun, upbeat, and interesting. There are always different things going on at the gym where members get to try different classes, we get to meet other members, and just have a good time while working out. I tell everyone I know who’s looking for a gym, an exercise class they might like, or both, to go to Crunch in Hattiesburg and go talk to Jake, he’ll take care of you.

Fantastic experience: Crunch Fitness is AWESOME!!! My Family joined and they have very affordable rates to full access. Hydro-massage is excellent for pre/post workouts. Fixed weights & free weights and plenty of media to keep you occupied. I will only get to go on the weekends due to work, but ill enjoy every minute I can spend there!!!

Fantastic experience: My friend and I joined Crunch back in October, so we have only been going for a small amount of time...but let me just say this, THIS IS HOME not a gym. So when we signed up Jake, the General Manager took care of us. I heard a radio ad about this place and wanted to check it out. I was always the skeptical one about a gym membership because I have always felt like it was a waste of money. I sure don't feel that way with this gym!! So we walk in, and I am immediately impressed with the staff, super friendly, caring, quick to help. I also immediately noticed how CLEAN this gym is. Jake walked us around the facility showed us all the equipment, tanning beds, message beds, bathrooms/locker rooms, the "classrooms". He really took his time and it impressed me and my friend both. I kept thinking to myself, "why wouldn't people want to come here and workout this place is amazing!" So we sit, Jake explains everything to us in FULL DETAIL, he gives us time to read over everything, we didn't have that rushed feeling. I do have to say, between her and I we had a ton of questions, and all got answered in detail and he was extremely nice about everything. So now our sign up process is done, he walks us over to Hope, to do a fitness 1 on 1 thing with her....I forgot what it's called...she was so much fun to talk to, really down to Earth person and so sweet. We had a ton of fun working with her. Hope walked us around some of the equipment and of course my friend and I were a little overwhelmed and asked a ton of questions about the equipment, she reassured us and showed us how to use just about everything. Ok, so by this time we are free to get a feel of this magical place they call a gym...needless to say we had a ton of fun! The staff randomly checked on us and were so sweet and comforting, it's a great feeling to get that reassurance as a new member. They have a TON of classes to offer, always trying to innovate new ways to work out that will be fun for you! I need that, I don't want to stick to one workout everyday and get bored I need change, a challenge, they keep you beyond interested, keep you wanting more and to keep coming back! I promise it's like one big family in this place! I absolutely love this gym, the people that work here, and even the gym members! It's truly a JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE!!! Now to some important cleanliness details, we were worried because...PANDEMIC! HELLO! No, you don't need to worry! Trust me! They have tons of hand sanitizer stations, the staff is walking around making sure things are picked up and sprayed down, they even have these cool little backpack things they walk around with and spray everything down. I swear everywhere I look someone is cleaning. Now, after you get done using your equipment you get some paper-towels and spray and clean it off! It's just good hygiene, and it's just the right thing to do. This gym is kept clean and highly sanitized, so no worries! Show up with your mask on, because you can't walk through the doors without it! That being said you can workout without the mask, but be sure to put it back on when you leave. The prices for the memberships TO ME are priced really well! I have the Peak membership, it's like $21 a month but I get access to just about everything they have to offer! The bathrooms/locker-rooms are being re-done at the moment, and I am super stoked about this renovation! It seems to be on track and is supposed to be done at the end of January. Don't worry they have a really neat bus type bathroom for us all to use until then. I have had only one problem since I have signed up, and it was just a big Ooopsie! I wasn't being charged to workout, so Jake took matters into his own hands looked up my account and noticed that the numbers to my bank account were wrong and didn't match up. We called it a "Fat Finger Oopps". We are all human and make mistakes. We waived the late fees for me, and completely took care of it all! I was highly impressed with this! Now get your tooshy in and join! I promise you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: If you want a good place to workout Crunch is the place. Just my personal opinion but the negative feedback on here are from a select few who expect perfection at all times. The fact is, anytime you work out with the public, somebody is going to act up a little bit... It's just human nature. For the price? This place is top notch!!! Given the volume of members, the staff goes above and beyond to assit thier customers in any way possible. I suggest those who expect perfection should pay the money and go somewhere else to aquire it! That is if indeed there is such a place where everyones perfect! Good job Crunch! The rating should 5.0 but people have bad days I guess and are always looking to take it out on the wrong people. I don't mean to be rude to those who voiced negetive opinions, but myself and many of my buddies have been members there for a very very long time and we have never experienced anything but a positive environment.

Fantastic experience: They treat all Crunch members with the utmost respect. I’m traveling from out of town and my barcode wasn’t working. Instead of turning me away, they worked with me and my home gym to verify my membership and added my barcode to my account allowing me to use the application on my phone to prevent future issues.

Fantastic experience: It was a good gym then after adding the Crunch brand it became a great gym. 5pm - 7 pm Areas can be full with talkers but the energetic vibe is also full during that time. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Love 180. I go after work. Everyone that works at 180 is wonderful. They are always polite, helpful and respectful. they also make me laugh. They are all willing to show you how to use the equipment. I had joined another health club closer to home but I did not like the environment. I came back over a year ago. I also work with one of the personal trainers. He (Wes) is great. He demonstrates everything that he wants me to do. He is very, very patient. I never feel like he judges me not of being able to do some moves or use a piece of equipment (can you say kettlebells). If you are also looking for a trainer, schedule a consultation with him.

Fantastic experience: So I was originally going to go down the road to SNAP fitness but I found out where I am in Hattiesburg has virtually no sidewalks. I met a nurse on my flight in who said Mississippi has a weight problem, and I mean of course it does if you can’t walk or run two miles, but I digress... One80 was right across the street so I didn’t have to play frogger with my only life so it made more sense to go here and I am certainly glad I did. The employees at the front desk were very nice. I went for the more comprehensive membership package, it’s $20/month with a $59 cancellation fee (I had to pay because I am only here for work) and an annual fee of $39, which comes out in April so look for that if you’re getting a membership soon (Luckily one of the employees advised me of it and saved me some money by cancelling earlier). I saw other folks have had issues with the pay system, so I’ll let you know how I did it. I walked right up to the front desk, asked them, and then they gave me a piece of paper to sign – I could use the gym for the month I had paid for, and it was done. Easy. Don’t wait til later and throw a fit at these nice people, and don’t pay stupid tax, just talk to them and save yourself some grief. I’d really give it about 4.5 stars instead of 5, but only because they have a no deadlift policy, just one squat rack, and the dumbbells only go up to 80Lbs. I lift a lot of Olympic lifts, and I lift heavy, so that’s a sticking point for me. The reason they have it is because some folks just don’t know what they are doing and hurt themselves… I guess another guy actually broke a weight from slamming it down too hard. Thanks guy, ruin it for the rest of us. It is a very inexpensive gym so I can definitely understand they’d want to keep their equipment maintained as much as possible, it’s not like they should have to budget for clients not knowing how to workout, or ego lifting. I would LOVE to see a nice deadlift platform built in there, if the floor is the concern maybe just an elevated platform with rails on the side so you have enough ground clearance to throw the biggest 45’s on. If someone lost it, it’d just fall on the steel rack. All of the equipment is very well maintained and mostly in good repair (One80, maybe replace the cable rope handles soonish). There are LOTS of cardio machines; more than a weights type guy like myself needs. There are also lots of regular lifting machines and a fairly comprehensive functional strength area (Medicine balls, pullup stations, dip station, T-Bar row area). They even have a circuit area designed to get you quickly through a workout and on with your day. You can also buy a nice smoothie there, I had two and they were very tasty. They have tanning facilities, I only use standing ones and they never had a light out, always clean. I’ve also seen hydro-massage tables and massage chairs but I haven’t bothered to use them. I think that about covers it. I’d give this gym another go if I were to come back for work again *I’m copy-pasting this review multiple places for visibility*
