Fantastic experience: Beyond the fact that you get a solid full body work out in, Jacque has significantly helped with the general anxiety I get with just going to the gym. Getting myself there is the toughest part and she made the process of getting back into shape much easier. It’s a great gym for any level of fitness without judgement.

Fantastic experience: I began working out at FitnessEscape in October of 2020 when I was three months postpartum with Baby #2. Jacque is an amazing trainer! From day one, she was encouraging and always had modifications to exercises to cater to my current ability. These workouts are truly for anyone - no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I've lost weight and gained muscle, but most importantly, I have gained confidence and the tools to keep up a new healthy, sustainable lifestyle! I look forward to going to class. Every day is different, we have fun, and encourage one another. We are so lucky to have this gem in our community. Try out a class - you will LOVE it!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to be a member of Fitness Escape!! There are so many wonderful and exciting things I could talk about (like the awesome equipment, good tunes, clean setting, etc.), but my top reason for being a member is the exceptional trainer/coach we get with Jacqueline Bombeck. She truly cares about each and every one of us and will guide us in our journeys to help us obtain our fitness goals. Whether you are a beginner at working out or have trained for years and want to reach for new goals, Jacque is the trainer to help get you there. I started working out with Jacque several years ago when I signed up with her for personal training. I was in horrible shape when I met her and through her hard work and dedication to help me, she saved my life. Not only did she help me overcome my health issues, but I became mentally stronger, as well. I went from having to force myself to go to the gym to loving being there, no matter how hard the workouts would be. The gym is now definitely a part of my life – it’s not something I have to do but something I LOVE to do. I have met so many wonderful people at Fitness Escape. Regardless of our fitness levels, we enjoy working out together and encouraging each other to reach our goals. The positive energy that I feel from my new gym family helps me start each of my days on a good note, which carries over into my job and at home. She has a Vast Knowledge of Exercises and Moves that help all levels of her client's needs and limitations. The facility has all Brand New Equipment, and she keeps everything very clean and safe for all. Absolutely worth every penny!!!! Total Thumbs Up!!
