Fantastic experience: A new gym is always intimidating, but when you first step through the door at TriFit you will quickly realize how welcoming everyone is. The atmosphere is positive and motivating. The coaches are very knowledgeable and help you through the workouts by teaching you the correct techniques and form to prevent injury. I've been to lots of gyms in my life, started and stopped 100 times , and I have never regretted a second at TriFit! It's truly a community of people who are there to make themselves better than they were yesterday. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot!
