Fantastic experience: I came to this gym in January of 2020 after leaving a military community. Moving up to the Milwaukee I didn’t feel like I had a lot of camaraderie until I found Total Flex Gym. James is the prime example of how a business owner should be. He cares about the community and the people that go to Total Flex. After getting a membership here I wouldn’t go to another gym again! TOTAL FLEX FOREVER!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym. I knew instantly walking through the door that this gym was for me. Gym community is extremely welcoming of which you don’t find at many gyms. James the owner puts over 100% into this gym and the effort shows. Can’t recommend this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: Are you bored with your commercial gym? I mean yeah... nice eye candy, but what about the equipment and community? Do you seem to not fit in? WELL HERE YOU GET IT ALL! TOP of the line workout equipment, eye candy (not hand candy), MANY communities collectively under ONE roof! If you can't fit in here NOBODY CARES! You're still welcome and we'll spot your curls bro... just don't curl in the squat rack.

The owner, Jim, is there all of the time and is more than accommodating. If you are looking for a place to workout in comfort with a good mix of free weights, machines and even an outside workout area, this is it!!

Fantastic experience: Total Flex is more than just a gym; it's a family. I am a mom of 4 and a night shift nurse, so definitely not your typical "gym" type. Total Flex has a very hard core vibe, but has made me so comfortable to be a part of. I can ask questions of anyone there, and never made to feel "less than" for asking. James, the owner, is a veteran and very family oriented and so easy to talk to. His focus of community and family is apparent in everything he does.
