Fantastic experience: I have been training with John for about a month and a half. It has been a great experience so far and I can just see and feel my body changing. I feel stronger and healthier than before. John is a very knowledgeable and friendly trainer. He pushes me beyond what I think I am able to do and encourages along the way. He explains the logic behind everything that we do and I love the workouts I do with him even when they are tough. I enjoy working out in his space because it is well-equipped, clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Fabi Elite Fitness to anyone looking to improve their lifestyle, health and physique.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with a John for over a year now and am so happy with the changes I see - not only in how I look, but my physical strength and ability. He is knowledgeable, listens when you need a change or to set a new goal, and helps guide you to meet your goals. The gym is well-equipped and clean and his training plans are challenging and engaging. I love using the training app to track my workouts and progress - so essential to staying on track and achieving goal! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Fabi Elite Fitness is the best! I have been training with John for a few months and just finished his 30 day transformation challenge. He really pushed me during the challenge but it was so fun at the same time! During the challenge my body fat % decreased dramatically and my lean body mass went way up! I feel and look way stronger than I ever have before and can't believe the awesome results I am getting from working with John. I had previously been going to a different gym but wasn't seeing the results I would have liked. I'm so glad I made the switch to John. The workouts are much more personalized and I am getting way better results. On top of that, I have so much fun at the gym. John is so nice, helpful, knowledgeable and really cares. He listens to me when I tell him things I like and tweaks the things I feel aren't working for me, particularly with my diet. I really trust him and am grateful for his help. The other gym members are great too and I love going to the group classes! It is a super positive and encouraging environment. Overall I am a big fan and highly recommend.
