Fantastic experience: Great Staff, i just joined and Rene was great and also Yamille. Both were excellent and gave me a wonderful tour and i just joined. Good equipment, dumbells go upto 125lbs. Awesome to say the least, best prices around. Check them out!

Fantastic experience: I am a 73-year-old who has never been active in sports or exercise. While in my youth I had no problems with my weight in my later years because of my inactivity, it has become an issue! To make things worse I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia which has made my weight issue even more problematic. I realized that I could not depend on medication alone and decided to give physical fitness a try. I have been going to this gym for about two months and with the help of my trainer Angel Perez I feel stronger with every visit! He is very careful to not over work me but yet makes sure I get as much benefit as possible from my workouts! The staff is wonderful which made the beginning of this new chapter in my life easier for me. The gym has clients of all ages which was also a welcome surprise as I thought I would be the only senior there. I look forward to my daily workouts and believe that this is only the beginning! I recommend this Crunch Gym 1000%!!

Fantastic experience: I went to this Club and I have to say that the staff was very helpful. The general manager Yamile was patient and very detailed in explaining plans and show me around. She gave me a free pass to try it out. I definitely plan to enroll.

Fantastic experience: Good to workout but they should at least leave class workout room open afterwards exercise or stretch out by urself...the trainer was really wasn't playing they really make u workout..

Fantastic experience: Great gym! The management is great! The trainers are amazing!! Personally I was about to do a liposuction surgery but a friend of mine suggested that I work with a personal trainer and if it didn’t work out then I can do the surgery, I started working with a great personal trainer his name is VICTOR DURAN since March 1st and now I feel like a new person and I don’t need the surgery anymore, thank you VICTOR!!

The equipment is in wide variety to get your good work out in and the staff are very calm and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym...everyone is nice there...I really enjoy the Zumba classes the best. Lauren is a very good teacher she really gets everyone motivated and she has a great sense of humor. Haily is also great and Herbert too. They all have a different style of zumba but they are all great in their own way. My only suggestion in this gym is the bathroom. Its not very clean, it needs to be updated and also wish there were more bathrooms, not just one. Oh also Hope the personal trainer is awesome too....

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality The North Bergen crunch is the best gym I’ve been to in years, it’s spacious, clean and has incredible equipment. The entire staff is amazing especially the receptionist up front with her uplift personality and and welcoming smile.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym for a long time and I enjoy working out here. The place is big with plenty of machines to exercise. The staff is great especially Yamile the manager. She is very polite, helpful when you have any concerns and she always welcomes you with a smile. The gym was recently painted making it look like new and is well kept.

Fantastic experience: the best group! staff are friendly, space is more than enough with lots of cardio equipments, machines and free weights as well as rooms for classes and crossfit.

Fantastic experience: I’m giving 5 starts in respect to my personal trainer. Laura is a very nice person, she motivates you to not give up and she’s really professional. I enjoy working out with her because she pushes me to my limits. Thank you Laura!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member to this gym for a long time and I enjoy working out here. There are plenty of machines. The staff is attentive and nice. The classes are available and when there is no class you can use the gym space to have your private workouts, which I like. They have the weights open for use as well. I do my workouts and tanning sessions and will continue being a member. You see the workers cleaning the machines and they have sanitizing spray available to use as much as you want on the machines.

I feel very comfortable here cause the energy is a plus .I've been to many gyms in the past & the staff are so nasty . I love the classes , Zumba is the best .& all the equipment. I alway's see them cleaning which is a plus . Highly recommend this gym .

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I’ve been to in the north bergen/Hoboken/union city/Jersey city area. If you commit to a contract it’s $13 after tax which is far better than the minimum $30 you’re paying anywhere else for the same stuff. They also have a giant free parking lot which is a huge plus not dealing with street parking or fares. They have plenty of equipment of all kinds and go above and beyond with punching bags, and a turf area with sled pushes and enough cardio machines to go around.

Fantastic experience: As with many people I wasn't that thrilled about joining a gym lol. This place came recommended because of the location. I signed up...everyone I came across seemed nice. It wasn't until I started going and realized how great the gym could be. I mean not great great but for a regular Joe like me it was great. They have trainers that not only train people one to one (extra fee) but if they see you working out they give you tips and make sure you are using a machine to the maximum. They always greet when I come in and say bye when I leave. The gym isn't always a place many of us enjoy going. But when a gym has a great staff it makes it easier to want to go to the gym. Shout out to personal trainers Sergio and Victor for helping me so much. And to front desk crew! From management down...you guys are great. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Even though there are times when the machines are broken, they do eventually fix them. There is a good variety of weights and machines that you can use. The staff here is friendly and the place is clean a lot of the time.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication Started going to this gym a few months ago, and I love it there. Friendly staff, especially my trainer Laura. She’s the best! She communicates on eating habits, fitness and health. She really does provide a great workout! I leave those sessions feeling great! The environment is welcoming and clean.

Fantastic experience: Front desk always greets me and with a smile on their faces. When ever I have a question the staff does not hesitate to answer. The gym is very popular or there wouldn't be so many new members. My only concern is with headquarters not with management. Working with memberships should be made easier, billing issues etc. I rate the staff a 5 out of 5. I do have 1 request though and for us big guys we need some heavier dumbells. Please, send over a pair of 150 or 160 lb. dumbells. Seriously. I will be so grateful ! Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I am a member for almost 3 years at this location and i have no problems. I have been to many crunch locations and even if it gets crowded and the environment is great! You can't believe what the reviews say, people aren't gym aware? Once a you sign up read what you signing up for. Every gym has an ANNUAL FEE. Contract or NO CONTRACT if you don't pay or cancel you are being irresponsible. The gym has its ups and down but, cleaning can be adjusted as long as the cleaning staff is here which i see throughout my visits. The front desk is friendly and brings a great rotation of personalities. I been to LA FITNESS across the street and and every time i go the smell of vomit catches me. the location is in a cave. There's no weights either. At crunch north bergen its spacious! If i were to compare gyms in the area, i would say this is one of the top gyms because of the equipment, energy, and space! The personal training staff always helps as long as you pay attention and will be ready to be motivated.

Fantastic experience: It has the right price, if you just want to work out. Traininer are great. It has a big lot, I can't complain about not finding a parking space.

Fantastic experience: Staff is great kind. Really great atmosphere to me. Music is great as well and the gym is maintained clean. Cant complain at all. Love this gym and like all the staffs in there...A plus to it!
