Fantastic experience: I purchased some equipment from this facility and visited on a couple of occasions, the owner/staff was extremely professional and responsive. In terms of the facility itself there are no other athletic training or Olympic weightlifting facilities nearby who are better-equipped. Would highly recommend checking them out if you are interested in competitive weightlifting or sports performance.

Fantastic experience: My son has been going for a couple months now and he really enjoys it. Dan and the staff do a great job of pushing him each session.

Fantastic experience: Coach Dan has the great marks of a good coach. He's observant, careful, and has the keen ability to let you know exactly what to improve in a succinct, personal way. The gym is clean, but utilitarian; this is definitely a gym about lifting.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere. The members are very friendly and encouraging. Dan is a great instructor and trainer.
