Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Coach Jessica teaches how to get back to your "A Game". Brings back the warrior in your soul. Have seen some amazing changes in my strength and endurance. Thank you Coach. Ken

Fantastic experience: I was in town for the week and dropped into TFW. Walking into a new gym is always intimidating but the people here make you feel at home! The owner/coach Jessica is extremely nice and welcoming. One of the most dedicated, selfless & caring coaches I have ever met. The workouts were always fun and challenging. Thank you for letting me stop in Jessica! I’ll be back again next time I’m in town!

Fantastic experience: One on one intimate connection with a trainer who is right by your side with each step of the way for accountability of health and getting yourself through those tough spots when most of us want to give up! Great program!

Fantastic experience: I've been working out with Emira as my personal trainer. She is an excellent personal trainer offering variable methods to achieve my goals. I highly recommend her and the facilities to anyone looking to start a physical activities program.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Training for Warriors- Harker Heights! Jess and her team is amazing. They keep you motivated, push you further and make you want to come back for more everyday!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE train for warriors. I was hesitant when I signed up because I was so weak, and out of shape. I had zero motivation and was afraid that I may be waiting my time and money, but I went the first day and to my surprise I was motivated to go everyday. I saw am improvement within weeks, and felt amazing. Jessica is an amazing coach! The only reason I left is because I moved away. I still keep in contact with Jess for advice.

Fantastic experience: TFW Harker Heights has the best coach with great knowledge and experience. If you want to burn fat, build muscle, and feel great, this is the place to workout!

Fantastic experience: I worked personally with Jessica for many years and found her to be skilled, attentive, and dependable. My results were better than expected and she was conscious of my goals and designed my workouts to my fitness level. After a year of unsuccessfully trying to work out on my own I'm going back because personal training keeps me on track.

Fantastic experience: I loved my time at Training for Warriors in Harker Heights! Jess was fantastic and the community was so supportive. I have shoulder problems, and Jess worked with me on alternative exercises, so I could still participate and improve! Definitely get what you put into the program! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a program that really works you in so many different ways this is where you wanna be! You can start as a total beginner and still feel like you're doing something. But Coach Jessie challenges you to keep progressing! It's always different so it never gets boring. Best class I've ever done!
